I’ve been with Travelers for my home insurance since purchasing 6 years ago, and as it happened, I was also looking to increase my coverage. Combining the policies for a great discount on my home coverage just made sense, and was an easy way to take care of the car, as well. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable about insurance- he explained what’s covered and what’s not, and went over all the details, answering my questions to make sure everything was tailored to my needs. Beyond that, he’s genuinely a kind person, and I really enjoyed working with him to get everything squared away. If you’re looking for an agent who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly happy to help, Scott is your guy!

Feb 01,2025This is my third year in business with my trucking company, so being my third year with a clean loss run report have received a overwhelming amount of offers and very competitive rates, but the real decision to stay with insurance hub was the great customer service that I received from Jean Frazier, when speaking with her she always kept this about my company's needs not the sale of the policy, then she went the extra mile to make sure that I wrote this policy again with insurance hub, as long as this is the customer service I receive I will always look at other offers and just keep them for a baseline. Thanks again Jean Frazier for the excellent customer service.
