Mar 14,2025Nicole Hagen is my rep. and I can't say how thankful I am for her. I became confused on my policies being drafted from my bank account and I inadvertently allowed my Homeowners Insurance to not be paid and get cancelled and I did not catch the warning email. I was totally oblivious for many days that it was cancelled. Nicole caught it, not sure how, and she immediately texted, emailed and called me and she got it reinstated. Whew....I won't be telling my wife that story, but man....what a save. THANK YOU AGAIN Nicole. If I was not retired I would hire her away from you guys. Great Job Nicole....Christmas in March for me.

No rush, no pressure of Scott was the key to my changing over to the company he recommended. I went from nervous to change to excited to change because of agent Scott McAllister!
