Feb 21,2025I have 3 policies with the InsuranceHub Leavitt Agency and I’m extremely pleased. Keshawn Gibbs was my first contact with the agency and he assisted me with my commercial policy and cut my rate down over half with the same coverages. I was then introduced to Brett Pierson for my personal insurance and even that policy rate was great! Both gentleman took great care of my needs and I’m grateful. After checking with several carriers, Ms. Rani Walker told me that I was already getting the best rate from State Farm. She could not find me a better rate than than what I already had. I really appreciate the effort and the honesty. She was very pleasant over the phone even after she found out that she couldn't help. Thanks for trying so hard to help me!

Feb 15,2025I stand by my previous review with Santanya, however, their is an agent their by the of Markita, she is dishonest and says thing to CHOA she told that she took down the wrong last # of my credit card for final payment and when the insurance company tried to take payment it didn't go through now the insurance company says I owe them $188. Thanks for Losy service and truckers be very careful of her name if you choose to use this company, I called around 1130 am and didn't get a call back until 1433, I will be spreading the word on every social truck media that I belong too, and that's a fact.....

Not only does she know her stuff, she is always checking in to make sure all my coverages as they should be (whether for buying a new home or new car) Just great service over all! Feb 11,2025Called to get an insurance quote. Whoever the person was, she kept asking me for my current renewal premium. No matter how many times I told her that I prefer to get a quote from them without providing such information she kept asking the same question over and over and over. She finally hung up on me without providing a quote. Sounds like a very desperate insurance company who does not want to do their foot work to provide a competitive rate. A fraudulent rip-off entity.

Feb 11,2025Lynn Day is an exceptional agent who truly understands how to address her clients needs and preferences. She is incredibly prompt in responding to any matters that arise. For example, just a couple of days ago, I reached out to Lynn and Chris to add a new car to our policy. Lynn not only processed the request but also sent me a copy of the new insurance card immediately, something I had never experienced before in my 24 years with this company. On top of that, I had a few questions regarding my policy, and she went above and beyond by responding even outside of her normal working hours. Her dedication truly stood out to me.
