Jul 18,2024I was greeted by Katrina Smith today on the phone when I called in for some information the Allstate website didn’t have. She was the epitome of a polite, friendly, and effective buisness person. My day grey improved by working with her to get the information I needed. She was quick, knowledgeable, and competent. I see these qualities so rarely these days that I had to compliment and comment that Katrina Smith is a stellar employee. Thank you for having such an excellent employee represent you to the public.

Jul 13,2024There's something to be said about exceptional customer service that inspires us to drive a longer distance, pay a little extra and with determination, and to diligently search the company/person that escaped our peripheral. The above-mentioned has been our experience on a few note worthy occasions. In particular, with our sought and search for Mr. Brent Ferguson, who's been our Insurance Agent for over 5 yrs & he's truly a model of how professionalism, industry expertise, kindness, patience and genuine care for our family's insurance needs - should look like! We are so delighted we found him again. So much so, we initiated doing business with him, again, after he carefully reviewed how he could continue to meet our family's insurance needs once he offered the premium details so we could make an informed decision. We've found our new Home "Hub" and we couldn't be more relaxed and at peace! Exhaaale!

My mortgage company needed insurance information on all my real estate holdings to process my refinance. Lisa's warm, caring and quick response was impressive. Dealing with folks like Lisa Quesenberry makes you feel like you've got someone that's Always On Your Side.. kudos to the entire team at Insurance Hub -Levitt👏👏👍

Brent finds the information and is very thorough and transparent when discussing my options as a customer. I am appreciative. It is so hard to find excellent customer service these days. Jake Gonzalez is by far the best agent we've had he's always available to answer our questions or help up to update our policies when we add new coverages.
