May 16,2024I am writing a review specifically for Rani D. Walker, she helped me get my refund for my flood insurance that was overpaid. Rani had then called me to see if I wanted to continue my policy where I explained to her that I have been trying really hard to get a refund for what I overpaid and no one will help me. She heard me out and was very kind. Ultimately, she was able to get me my full refund for the whole year that was overpaid! I am very thankful for her.

Ms. Frannie Dean provided expedient service with zest by providing me important insurance documents required for DOT Blitz Week before I started my journey. Ms. Dean even took it further when I asked her to fax me an additional document that wasn’t associated with my insurance which was my UCR Document. I sent her the document and she faxed it over quickly as well. Outstanding work by a dedicated individual that wants to see her customer WIN‼️
