Jun 25,2024I was in the market for insurance and was getting 20 calls a day after filling out some online forms. I'm so glad that Angi @ Insurance Hub was able to take care of me. It's very frustrating trying to understand the lingo for a new business, but she was super sweet and understanding, taking time to explain everything from the steps to being compliant with the government to what commercial insurance coverages were going to be best for me to get the loads we needed for our business. Definitely glad to have her as my agent as well as the agency and will recommend!!

Because of his knowlege he let me know what was available, he answered my question and was very courteous and polite even when I interuppted his anwers and let me ask another question and then answered them both. What this company is doing well in my opinion is have an employee such as Brett Pierson on staff. Thanks Insurance Hub and a special thanks to Brett Pierson!!!

Katrina was incredibly caring, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable to my mother and I as we had questions about our insurance coverage, and needed help in updating our coverages to what was most suited for us. It was so tiresome and confusing doing research about insurance terms and plans for weeks, and still being confused. Then in just a few minutes, she provided invaluable insights and comfort. Katrina exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I am in awe of this level of care, compassion, ownership, knowledge, and class. It is incredibly evident to me that she is an incredibly invaluable asset for the organization. Based on this experience - I have recommended my family and contacts to partner with InsuranceHub solely due to Katrina's stellar quality of service. There are great customer service professionals in every organization, but I have never been so thoroughly impressed, empowered, and enlightened from customer service experiences such as these.
