Mar 05,2024I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Stephanie Harp, our new insurance rep at Insurance Hub Leavitt Agency. We were seriously considering finding a new insurance broker. We have never had a problem from the very first time we signed up with Miss Frannie, until recently, the last rep we had, well I will just say I was very displeased. Then we received a letter from TDLR advising us an insurance co. that we don't even have insurance with was cancelling our policy. I was an absolute wreck, wondering what if, anything, I had done wrong. Stephanie made me feel at ease immediately. Now, I made this call to her on a Thursday afternoon, late, around 4:00pm so I was not expecting to hear back from anyone until Monday the following week. As your company is an hour ahead of us in Texas. I don't know if Stephanie stayed late, or what, but she had already taken correction, sent the filings to TDLR and emailed us back to let us know she had taken care of it for us, by 6pm that evening. That is what I call WORLD CLASS SERVICE, I hope you realize what a phenomenal Supervisor you have working for you there at Leavitt. It is because of her actions and that alone why we will not look for another insurance broker. My apologies for this late review. THANK YOU STEPHANIE!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!

I was fortunate enough to have the very patient, kind & super understanding Lauren Lieb help guide us through a new policy & explaining every thing we asked. She was so terrific our other landlord friends already have her number with a 5 STAR referral! Thanks Lauren 🙏🏼

She found policies that would work for us and we worked together to adjust them to get the best coverage and rates for us. And to top it off she got my dad jokes. Highly recommend.
