After weeks and weeks of trying to get help with my specific commercial insurance needs Jake was the only insurance provider that was able to come through for my business. Jake literally took my company out as the middle man and worked with my contracting company directly! Jake really showed up and came through for my business and we will forever be thankful!

Mar 23,2024I have been with Insurance Hub now for four years . I have my Commericial Truck and workman’s Comp policy with them. I like the ease of thier client portal to get certificate of insurance when adding a a loss payee. I get pretty good rates as well. I find Lianny Soto to be very helpful as my contact point or agent. She does the extra work that is needed at certain crucial times to make sure I have no lapses in coverage or experience any further headaches. They take pretty good care of my needs overall just not much to complain about . The ease of dealing with insurance Hub is worth its weight in gold. I look forward to them growing and getting more markets available to them as then we can get even cheaper rates, but satisfied on rates as well. Thanks

Apr 03,2024Heather Knight is a superior InsuranceHub associate. I recently experienced a loss of my drivers license due to a glitch in the system updating my status on our insurance policy. Heather Knight was understanding and thorough. She responded immediately to get me what I needed to get my license restored immediately. She personally typed a letter, that even required a revision, to satisfy he Florida DMV. She stayed on the phone with me for an hour to ensure all the details were addressed. This kind of professionalism is sorely lacking in so many industries these days. Her caring manner and sympathetic ear are reassuring, and her efforts will encourage me to recommend InsuranceHub to anyone whom I meet who will need it. 5/5 stars!
