This is the 4th time I am buying travel insurance from InsureandGo USA. It's the best priced one around and easy to apply for. My daughter's luggage to an unscheduled trip to Baltimore while we were traveling to Cancun. We had to buy her enough clothes to last for a day or two and when we got home, we filed a claim for delayed baggage, and InsureandGo USA reimbursed us immediately! Trust them and will always purchase travel insurance from them from here on out. Thanks InsureandGo USA!
I had a hospitalization in Portugal and could not finish my cruise. The insurance paid the full hospital bill and reimbursed us for the portion of the cruise that was not used. The claim process was very easy and the checks arrived quickly!
I chose this company second time in a raw, and I hope that I am safely insured myself and my trip. Although I didn't take any advantage of this company yet, but by reading this company's policy I realized that no matter what happens to me or to my travel plans, I am fully covered 100%.
We've used Insure and Go several times, but never had to make a claim so we couldn't recommend them as we just didn't know what the claim experience would be. Well, I had a bike accident before our latest trip and it resulted in the reconstruction of my shoulder. The trip was a few months in the future of the accident date, but my doctor (and ortho) said I wouldn't be able to participate in the vacation's activities as I would be doing physical therapy for a long time. I supplied Insure and Go with the necessary paperwork and received the reimbursement for the trip in about 7 days. I will use them again.
I needed to cancel a trip after it became clear a close relative had only a few months to live. Even though I was requesting a reimbursement of less than $500., the documentation requirements were more than I could easily provide. When I tried to contact Insure and Go to discuss this, I could never get through to a live person. Calling during business hours, I repeatedly got a message stating "this mailbox is full". Very frustrating, and I definitely won't insure with this company again.
I was very disappointed that when we decided to extend our trip, they would not let me extend the insurance for the remainder of our time away. I was willing to pay for a new policy, but the agent I was email with refused. Luckily I did not need it, but I was a bit uneasy with an infant and no insurance....

I made several calls/emails to the same rep. She was very responsive, professional and helpful. Provided detailed information, and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and assisted me very efficiently.
We have bought travel insurance for years and this is the worst company ever!! My husband and I rented a house for Jan. and Feb. and bought travel insurance with InsureandGo. In Feb. my 93yr. old mother-in-law was put in the hospital back home with pneumonia. My husband is an only child and POA for his mother's health care. We had driven down with our dog and needed to find out what our options were to get him home. I called the emergency number and was told they could tell me nothing and just open a claim. I asked if they could email me a copy of the policy so we could make a good decision. They told me no. This was on a Sat. night and they said because it was Presidents Day on Monday I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone until Tuesday. There was a winter storm that weekend in the midwest so we felt it would be dangerous to drive home and we had to make the decision for him to fly home. During my frustration trying to find out information from InsureandGo I found a different number to call which brought me back to the guy who would not help. When I told him my story he said he had talked to me already and hung up on me. We opened a claim and it has gone down hill since. When you call all you get is a recording and they do not return messages! Insuremytrip had an advocate try to help us and now InsureandGo says nobody talked to me. I sent a copy of my phone bill showing there were 8 phone calls to them and they still deny talking to me. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. No wonder they have a bad rating from the Better Business Bureau!! I would never use this company and feel the need to warn others.
This company was referred to our travel group by the travel agent that booked our trip, I found the process for selecting and purchasing the plan very simple and clearly explained.
The agent on the phone was very helpful explaining all of the different options that they have for travel insurance. She emailed me some information so that I could choose the right plan. It was affordable and covered both of the travelers - I actually saved more than 50% buying this insurance rather than going with the Viking River Cruise insurance - plus it covers more and pays cash, not just future travel.
What a breath of fresh air to speak with the agents at this company. Quite rare in this day and age. Someone knows how to run a company. Keep up the good work.

Very easy to obtain, rate seems fair compared to other insurers.
Everything worked easily and the wording was clear and easy to understand with no glitches.
I have just used the web site. It is easy to use. What I do not like is the ease to find a past policy with the insurance cards. I am trying to reach the office and they are closed until 9am I am sure that is it not difficult but it is not intuitive. Fortunately I have not had to use the services so cannot say anything more.

Aug 10,2016I was waiting for visa to be issue to travel on the Aug 3rd unfortunately the embassy has not issue the visa on time and advised me to change the date of policy to go along with visa date they will issue me for and this company InsureandGO USA will not change even I have avoidance I have not travel yet only way to pay for new policy which is not far and is not my fault... I was referred by someone to use them but I will never refer anyone to this company... they took my money for nothing...
