Aug 28,2013I used this service online for my travel insurance. We are cruising through europe over Christmas 2013 and they were 1/3 the cost of the insurance offered to us through the cruise line. We have not done anything other than pay for the insurance so we cannot rate anything other than the online service and the price- that gets a gold star.

Aug 14,2013I had such a nice experience while shopping for travel insurance with this company! I had a great representative named Mirna help me. She was very helpful and patient with me while I was inquiring about several factors of a policy. It was easy to buy and she e-mailed the particulars first, then when I made the purchase, the policy was also e-mailed. I would have preferred the policy mailed to me, as I am having trouble with my new printer, but hope to solve my problems solved in the near future. I have recommended Mirna to another customer and they have also purchased a policy. Thank you for being so nice!

Aug 14,2013I purchase a plane ticket for my grandmother and unfortunantly she became and ill and would not be able to make her flight. I called InsureandGo to start a claim and they had me on hold for atleast 25 minutes, only to tell me to go online to fill out the paperwork and wait for someone to call me back in regards to my claim. I received the call back a few hours later only to have the representative ask me if I contacted the airlines about my situation and in most cases they would give me a voucher. I explained to her that I didn't know I had to contact the airlines if I purchase the insurance through another company, and I didn't want a voucher I wanted my money back....if all I had to do is contact the airlines, then it defeats the entire purpose of having insurance. If, I'm the one that has to contact the airlines.....if that's the case what is the purpose of buying the insurance?

Jul 27,2013Insureandgo had the best options for the best value as far as I'm concerned. Did my research and determined that the higher priced travel insurers didn't offer anything better that Insureandgo offered. My only issue with Insureandgo was the difficulty I had buying the two policies I need through the website, and then after calling to purchase over the phone, I again had problems accessing one of the policies through the website. However, after some emailing back and fourth with my sales rep, everything finally got straightened out and is fine. Policy accessed and ready for our travel. I hope I won't need to use the coverage because I'm a little leery now. First time traveling out of the country and I really didn't need a hiccup like this.

Jul 26,2013There was no notice that the policy did no include trip concellation until the last of the 14 pages of the policy. Terns were unclear re travelers over 70. Fortunately, I did no have to use the policy. Also the premium was misquoted on the policy and I noticed the discrepancy when I got my Visa bill. I would not use this resourse again.
