Sep 29,2013We purchased the insureand Go USA policy for our travel abroad and were very happy with the rate----however, when it cam time to print off the insurance, we were unable to get to our policy because we were continually told our login info was incorrect. Since we never set up any login info, I am not sure what they were asking for. We followed the prompts, having our policy number first, than our last name and date of birth of policy purchaser. We were continually told this was the incorrect login even tho that is what the web site told us to do. When I tried to call the phone number listed on the web page, I got a recording that could not provide any helpful information. I am now thinking I have been HAD and will never see any benefit from the money I spent, even if I have a claim. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice---not going to happen!,

Sep 27,2013Because of our ages, other travel ins. quotes were prohibitive. We were very comfortable with the product and the price offered by InsureandGo. Hopefully, we won't need it, but it will be there if we do! Already checking on another trip and will insure with InsureandGo.

Sep 26,2013Hey, I'm so glad I found Insureandgo USA, online surfing. I was looking for International travel insurance and found them. Thought their prices were good and decided to give it a try. It worked out great. I got my material via email in a matter of minutes and here I am, ready to leave on my trip. If you are looking for a international travel insurance, INSUREANDGO USA is a definite must.

Sep 26,2013Insureandgo is a very good travel insurance company but the paperwork needs improvement. Specifically, the confirming e-mail lack the policy number, so that alone cannot be carried for ID on a trip.And the confirmation of coverage page has the policy number, but without any telephone numbers for medical providers to call for proof of insurance. Why not have one small card, that a person can carry in wallet or purse, with the policy ID and the telephone numbers to call, and insured's name. Thank You

Sep 11,2013The representative on the phone was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the coverage and the rates. We thought that the cost was very reasonable for our trip. I can't wait to go, but we've got peace of mind knowing that if anything happens with us or a family member, and the trip has to be cut short, we can get our money back so we may enjoy the trip at another time.

Sep 02,2013When our original tour was cancelled due to lack of interest, I was worried about the loss of our payment, however we were taking a different trip so our policies where updated and we are to receive the difference in a refund. Good customer service so far, still waiting for the refund.
