Apr 30,2016I am purchasing this policy for my trip to Dominican Republic and I am glad I purchased through insure and go! The customer service is amazing, I spoke to different representatives and they all knew they're information and took the time to explain everything in detail! Thank you insure and go for providing me with this excellent plan and thank you to the great representatives in the call center that helped me out! I will be purchasing again through you guys!

Representing staff was very patient, helpful, and guided and cleared all of my doubts, I am glad I choose this site it was of course my first but definitely it is not going to be the last, cause I am retired and will be traveling , will highly recommend this to everyone I know , by the way the price & policy is very reasonable also. Apr 27,2016I broke a tooth on a river cruise and went to an emergency dentist who did what he could for me, but said I would have to go to the dentist when I got home. He charged a small amount of money to grind my tooth down to keep from biting my tongue every time I spoke, but I needed a crown would have to come back to France to have it finished. I went to the dentist at home, got the crown, and submitted tons of paperwork to InsureandGo. They paid $30.00 for the dentist in France and nothing for the dentist here. It cost me $24.00 to copy all the pages of information and send them the whole report via certified mail. I was told by their rep, when I was in France that it would be completely covered, but when I returned home, they denied it. They were also supposed to get me an appointment with a dentist in France, but the ship wound up doing it because they never called back.

I found Insureandgo this time & notice the coverage are good with affordable premium. Fortunately I had never need to file a claim, I hope the company will have as fair & prompt service for the insurer when they need to file a claim.

Apr 15,2016From the first moment the doctors told us we had to end our vacation to the receiving of the reimbursement everything went smoothly. We left the ship in Vietnam on Chinese New Years eve. We had the insurance company's help every step of the process. The medical evacuation/medical team was arranged. We were led everywhere during this confusing time. Hospital, hotel, and transportation were all arranged for us. We just had to worry about getting better. After 12 days in Bangkok Hospital arrangement were made for our return home. We were taken right to our front door. Our vacation of a life time was stopped after only 2 days. We had paid and arranged for so much. After the heath issues had improved my next thoughts were about all that we had missed. I gathered all the receipts and in less than a month received a check. I would recommend this insurance company to everyone who travels.

Apr 14,2016I have not received any of my refund money because of there was a cancellation of one of my flights on the way to Infoa. Then, I had to get another flight to Kathmandu and when I was in Nepal, the earthquake hit. I had to emergency evacuate which I spent a few thousands of dollars. No one replies to my numerous emails or calls!! I would NEVER spend any money on them again!!! Never buy!!!!!!!

Apr 12,2016Buying this policy was easy. I purchased from then since they provide primary medical coverage and had sold reviews. I had to call customer service once to make a change on the coverage. The customer service agent was very professional and helpful. I did not have to file a claim so I cannot comment on that aspect. I plan on using InsureandGo again in the future.
