We decided to go with Intercounty even though even though they weren't the cheapest option. What a great decision! The whole team listened to our story and concerns and ideas. Special thanks to Will and Peter for initiating the sale, especially Will! Also many thanks to Ellen for arranging the mortgage and also to Doug for keeping us up to date on the progress and dealing with our questions and keeping the sale on progress. Would we use them again? Yes! But now we're in our dream home there really shouldn't be a need to!

From viewing with Jack Wilkinson to discussing the particulars with Olivia Vanlint and then progressing the sale with Doug Whybrow, they were the loveliest, friendliest people to deal with. They sorted out everything, answered all questions and made the process not feel scary at all...which it usually is for first-time buyers! Having dealt with previous Estate/Letting Agents before coming to Intercounty, I would thoroughly recommend Intercounty for their knowledge, help, advice and just being utterly nice. Definitely need more of that in the world! :)
