Mar 23,2018The team in Braintree exceeded our expectations ; polite, informative and efficient. In particular the assistance, guidance and support from Nic was beyond any expectation. The age and nature of our property presented some challenges and over some time other agents had tried and failed. Intercounty managed to do what others did not and the change in the quality of viewer, once we switched to Intercounty was quickly apparent, we soon moved to a sale. Proceeding to completion on a listed building however of this age was never going to be an easy process and this turned out to be the case. This is where Intercounty really excelled. Mediating between us and our buyer, providing solutions to awkward problems; providing tradesmen where we could not and through this saving us saving. This is the reason why I would not hesitate to recommend Nic and the Braintree team to anyone.

Would certainly recommend Intercounty to anybody selling, despite internet competition I would not hesitate in engaging with them again. Super job and thanks the Dunmow branch for getting the sale to closure in a tough market.
