I'm surprised she didn't get annoyed from me constantly badgering her about updates, she was honest, friendly, and gave lots of advice which was way out of her remit. A benchmark for all agents!

Feb 28,2018Nice people to deal with and they were the agents who were first to find us a tenant, but the management fees are the highest percentage we have come across and we are having to chase for them to complete services offered and requested well before check in date, which is complicating matters relating to changeover of utilities.

We have received abysmal service from a supposedly large company for our sale, and only wished we'd known of Intercounty before. Definitely use this branch!

Mar 14,2018After a wobbly handover when the company became Intercounty a few years ago, they have become an efficient , easy to deal with, letting agency that always get us decent tenants. Intercounty keep us informed in changes to the law, maintenance problems and any issues with the tenancy. After discussion they then deal with any issues or problems accordingly.
