They are a small business but i was very impressed with their response and customer service which was very courteous. Like i would send an email and get a phone call back. When i got my glasses back i was really happy n pleased with the results. The lenses were sooo clear! Well done! One more thing to mention is that they make sure to re-list your prescription every step of the process so you're at rest that they got it right and not all reglazing businesses understand the importance of this.
