May 17,2017I wasn't so sure whether it was a good idea to get my glasses re-glazed, with an online service. I have received such bad customer service, once I had purchased my new glasses from a local opticians. The glasses were not cheap, but I had many issues with them. I decided I would try online. I am so pleased that I did. I received a first class service for a lot less than what I had paid previously. I had my glasses re-glazed in about a week.

I returned them with no quibble and exchanged them but was so impressed with the superb and personal customer service and the excellent advice, that I ordered two pairs. Had them sent to France at no extra cost. Very very impressed all round and would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Oct 04,2016I have never bought glasses frames online before so I was a little apprehensive. I need not have been. I rang the phone number on the website and made enquires regarding a particular frame by ELLE. Mark explained that the frame was not in stock but he would call me as soon as he had them. Mark called when he had the frames, I placed my order and the frames were delivered to my home the next day. The frames were genuine, carefully packaged and are lovely. I am delighted with my purchase! I will definitely use this company again and I will highly recommend to my friends. Thank you.

Jun 28,2016Broke a pair of designer glasses a friend recommended this company so ordered a pair ,it was less than half the price I previously paid and i had ordered expensive( £100 )thinner lenses with previous glasses , these came with thinner lense for (£12) only ....shocked when they arrived the lenses are even thinner than the expensive ones I had before...came with branded glasses box , quality cleaning cloth and even a nice gesture of a free pen ... I also had a phone call after ordering on line to help with a query ....5 star service , quality and price... doubt I will ever go anywhere else for glasses.... Well done!

My prescription, which in High Street chemists is always in the region of £400 regardless of the price of the frames I choose, worked out at a quarter of the usual price! As a comparison, I wanted to have a spare pair of specs identical to the designer glasses I bought from Boots earlier this year. I had frames by Ghost, in a style called 'Peony' in pink with extra thin lenses ( thinnest they do). The only difference being that Interspecs do them thinner than Boots, but this extra thin version is without photochromic darkening lenses. As previously stated, they worked out at quarter of the Boots price and in my opinion sacrificing auto darkening for even thinner was a no brainier! Vanity rules supreme! I also had an old pair of prescription sunglasses reglazed at the same time. With the 20% discount for two purchases at the same time this worked out at £35. I now have sunnies that I can wear instead of yet another pair languishing in a drawer. Items were despatched super-quick and I was able to discuss queries over the phone. The whole process was competed and returned to me in 6 days - quicker than Boots. The items were securely packaged and my specs cases were also returned (I had put old cases in in case they got 'forgotten' ) and a Kodak polishing cloth was included FOC as well as the usual cloth supplied from Ghost.. I can't fault the service.
