Was a bit nervous as first time buying this way and “what if they don’t fit/ are not as expected?!” Well I can see fine, they look great and I just had to pop into the local opticians to get the arms fitted to my small face. They were more than happy to fix it and although I offered payment for the service they did it for free! Win win.

I’ve ordered glasses online before with mixed experiences, but this company was personable, easy to contact and followed my order accurately, so the glasses I received are comfortable from the first wear. Thinning was particularly good - I’ve paid a lot more for a much poorer thinning result before. Thank you, and I will buy again; might get a spare pair!

However, they took a long time to deliver (more than a pair from a high street optician that I ordered at the same time), and I wanted a pair for computer/screen work (and thought I had specified that) but they are actually readers for closer work. I was too busy/lazy to contact the company about this, but subsequent to my initial review, I have been overwhelmed by the kind attention I have had and my specs are now being fixed.
