Delivery address rearranged with no difficulty as was away at time. Good contact throughout at a third of the cost from high street retailer of exactly the same glasses and prescription. Jun 08,2014Ordered the Puma frames with the slightly thinner lenses for a modest extra cost, there was a hiccup with the lenses but I was informed and the matter sorted out before despatch. Very pleased with the frames and the thinner lenses were well worth the small extra cost.....these Puma frames are neat, stylish and very well made/robust without being heavy.

Easy to order, brilliant service, arrived on time. Although did not order lenses can thoroughly recommend this company.

May 09,2013I've never registered on any review sites before, but I just had to after my experience with internetspecs.co.uk. I was very nervous about ordering glasses online, I get new glasses every two years and always feels like a big thing. I got some recently from a high street optician, but wanted an extra pair without the expense. After weighing up the options, and sending a few emails out I got a reply from a gentleman called Clive who couldn't have been any more helpful. My glasses arrived today a week after placing the order, well packaged and prompt. I couldn't wait to try them on to make sure that the prescription was right, I have regular lenses from the high street, but I think the thin and light lenses are even better. Will definitely use them again, a total pleasure to deal with.

Nov 27,2012I was a little concerned about ordering glasses online as i've never done it before, however after speaking to Mr Skeats I felt happy with the process. He answered all of my questions and discussed the frame I had chosen, so I was confident with placing the order. My glasses came 6 days later. I had put a note asking to be called before shipping so I could give my work address, as the glasses are sent special delivery and need to be signed for, I got the call and I received them the next day. My new glasses look amazing, exactly the same as on the photo. And the price, well the exact same pair would of cost me over £100 more from vision express! I will definitely order my next pair through Internet Specs.

Store checked with manufacturer and ordered required color directly. After that we arranged the change with no problem. I was fully satisfied.

It's definitely worth giving them a ring to check if the frame you want is in stock if the webpage indicates otherwise. I put my order through and received my new glasses less than a week later. I have worn glasses nearly all my life and I can't fault the quality or standard of the lenses or frame I ordered at all, all for a much better price than at high street opticians.
