Excellent overall! I live in the US and found a frame that I like but no longer has a domestic distributor. Searching online led me to internetspecs, and I'll admit that I was hesitant to buy my glasses overseas with much lower allowances from my vision insurance. However, the cost is very reasonable, especially compared to the US, and the glasses arrived in perfect condition. The 1.74 ultra-thin lenses are noticeably thinner than my other pair of glasses (same prescription) and also arrived with an edge polish, which I didn't order but is a nice touch. Before ordering, I exchanged a few emails with Iain and Mark, and they were always prompt and courteous. Iain even sent me a photo of the frame so that I could see the condition of the eye pads. Amazing customer service, and I'm very impressed with this business! (For anyone curious, the UK can fulfill prescriptions from the US without any conversions.)

Really happy with my new glasses, look just as I expected. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I didn’t check the dates carefully and I was leaving the U.K. to go back to my job abroad. I called up and the guy I spoke to was very understanding, he even mentioned sending the glasses abroad to me. Luckily the glasses came before my flight thanks to them sending the glasses straight away they got them from the lab. They kept in contact with me to keep me updated and check if I got them. Thank you again for your help!

Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Was able to try frames that were not available in high street shops and send back if not suitable until I found the one I liked. I received a lot of advice regarding sizing of the frames compared with my prescription so that I could select something that wouldn’t look too big. Very happy with my purchase and the company.

There were a couple of problems and so it took longer than expected to receive the glasses, however communication during this time was great. Responded quickly and kept me up to date on the process. Happy with finished product also.
