Jul 17,2019Excellent customer service. I had several questions that I raised through the web contact page on a Sunday morning. I certainly didn't expect a phone call the same day to explain the process and talk through how to take the PD measurement. I had a new pair of glasses £100 cheaper than the high street and also my sunglasses reglazed, which high street opticians don't always offer. I am very pleased with both pairs of glasses and will certainly look on internet specs next time I need new ones.

May 22,2019Excellent company. Fantastic price of designer spectacles owing to the fact 1.6 AR lenses were included as standard. Glasses arrived on time, packaged extremely well. Original Barbour box , case and cloth. Extra Kodak cloth a bonus . Free royal mail special delivery worth £7.40 included in price-amazing! I made a mistake with inputting my prescription, this was resolved without any issue. Very pleased with these spectacles, If you see something you like do not hesitate to go ahead

May 15,2019An overseas purchase from the USA for a surprise UK delivery to our son studying abroad at college turned out to be the most extraordinary purchase I have ever made. The Interspecs website was user friendly, had nice choices, the prices were great, the glasses good quality, and the customer service was the most attentive and patient ever! ... And believe me when I say my order ended up putting them through the ultimate test too! ;) I was nervous ordering glasses as a surprise along with also ordering them overseas. However, I eventually opted for 3 pairs of glasses by the end of the process because their prices were so low compared to getting one pair sent from the USA. Crazy but true! Lol. All 3 were timely, nice quality, and fit well! Kudos to a company whose philosophy is far beyond and above the norm of others. Thank you Internetspecs. It was lovely doing business with you!
