Probably some of the best customer service I've ever had with a real eye for the individual customer and needs. There was a web issue that saw me struggling to place an order, but Ian contacted me and reserved the pair I wanted for when I was able to place the order. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the process which was really nice. Would absolutely recommend!
