Aug 14,2023This is a nice ‘Father & Son’ company where you get more of the personal touch rather than dealing with someone that doesn’t really care. Due to some unforeseen issues, Mark had to contact me a number of times but we eventually got there and I’m very happy with my glasses (I had 2 pairs ‘reglazed’) Looking forward to dealing with the guys again next year when my lens prescription may have changed again…..let’s hope they feel the same way!

Aug 12,2023Pretty awesome service. I emailed them quite a few times asking various question they were super nice and even called me to make sure I was getting the correct lenses. They are in uk I'm in America and they were able to help me get lenses made without having to ship the frame. Lens price was very affordable. I would order again for sure. Seems to be family run business too. They only can make lenses without the frame for certain brands. Continental brands. But still awesome service.

Jul 20,2023Mark and Ian give a exceptional customer service.A great easy to follow website,they make it very easy to use.I order a pair of reading glasses but also needed distance glasses ,I only order the reading glasses to start with because I wasn't sure how to do it but after having such a great service from Mark and Ian I was confident enough to order 2 more pairs ,both for distance one being sun glasses for driving. All three was Radley and only cost me £261.I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
