I am a new user to Issuetrak. We are using it to track customer product complaints. I have found the product to be very customizable and full of features. Though the use of Quick picks and custom screens we have been able to create a system that is very easy for the users to enter the data we need to track customer complaints. Our trainer, Paul Harris, did a great job during our training sessions and has been very helpful in tweaking the system to fit our needs. Great product!
The support I received was second to none. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, my issue was resolved!
I am new and therefore i have a lot to learn. As a true believer that communication is key to success in any objective/operation, I truly appreciate having this portal to submit changes to customer accounts. Setting them up correctly in the beginning and as things change makes a world of difference. Thank you.
A very scalable cloud based solution that their support staff can easily help you with. I was looking for a product that we could start very simply with and expand with small steps to be comfortable before we expanded to the next program expansion and further business integration. Price is right and staff are helpful and easily accessible.
Issuetrak has amazing features, easy to use and customize to your own preference. The one change would be having the IT Support be a bit more customer oriented.

Our company has been using IssueTrak for some 5 years now and have 'never' ran into any problem that I didn't get a prompt and enlightening resolution for. We have been able to keep up with any and all Issues sent us through IssueTrak. I have been very satisfied with going back into our issues, from the many agencies that use our software, to view which ones can be handled with little effort to the ones that will require more time. I can't say enough about IssueTrak. I recommend if you are searching for software to keep track of all issues within your company that you give IssueTrak a good hard look. That's what I did.

When I have had an issue, I either called or sent an email to the customer service contact and connected with an Issuetrak representative shortly after. Everyone I have spoken with was professional and helpful. I am very happy with the service.

I was having an issue with data entry into a customized issue screen and had contacted customer support. I received excellent customer service and the representative followed up a few days later to confirm the testing he had done was the same as the results I experienced. Very professional and polite.
Great way to monitor issues and retrieve meaningful data on what your users need. Provides a current dashboard of issues, statuses, and issue types that keep you on the right side of support.
I love IssueTrak! The program has improved our Customer Support department in so many ways. It's easy to use and meets all of our needs. The IssueTrak support team is also great. They always answer the phone and provide answers in a timely manner.
