This software has many great functions and probably works well for a small team. The software is not scalable, which Issuetrak is open about. The support team has always been responsive and even created custom workarounds to issues. They recently updated many of the core processes in the application, such as email processing.
Very useful tool for immediate customer feedback and resolution of issues.

Started off great with our rep but then I emailed a couple of times and left a vm message and they weren't returned. Found out that she no longer worked there. I located our new account rep and he has been great assisting us with a version upgrade. Would be a good idea to send a blast email to the account reps clients indicating the new rep so there isn't miscommunications.
Whenever I've had an issue customer service responds quickly and with helpful suggestions.
We adopted IssueTrak 10 years ago as our Service Desk application. Today it is the main channel of communication between IT Services Users and us as a corporate unit responsible of those services. Their attributes (simple and user friendly GUI, full web with no component required to be installed at user desktop, incremental functional evolution) remain as when we choice it. Regards

Used the IssueTrak software as both on-premise and cloud service. Very good value for what you get from the software. Flexible and since the modules are optional you can use just what is applicable to your organization. Their implementation team and support is very good as well.

Everytime we need something, From a simple upgrade to a support issue to help us resolve an issue. They are always just a phone call away or a quick email. We normally have our issues taken care of within the first call and normally within the hour. Thank-you for all that you do
