Issuetrak has been a great tracking tool for us.
Great system that meets our needs. The support team is wonderful and the "Jump Start" very helpful, but it was still a big investment to get started and set everything up and as this isn't my expertise, we've hit a couple of snags along the way.

Upgrade caused several issues
IssueTrak has been the perfect program for our Customer Support Department. We love that we can easily track the incoming customer requests and assign them accordingly. All the communication regarding a specific issue is done on the ticket and can be viewed by anyone following up on the issue. This program has been a game changer for us.

The software is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Support is outstanding. I've opened several tickets over the last 7-8 years of use and I almost always get a phone call withing 15-20 minutes with an answer. We once found a bug and it was fixed in our system within half a day. You couldn't ask for a better product or better support.

Issue Trak upgrade
Issuetrak is simple, clean and concise. The onboarding process for Issuetrak is easy to pick up and there are lots of different settings to play with to customise the system to suit your needs. There are many functions to help run the ticket system and these can be left in the background to carry out certain processes. Overall, the system is fantastic. Very simple and clean with plenty of customisation.
