The system is simple to use and support has been exemplary. The only negative is that there are occasional performance issues. Also, there is too much of a :big bucket approach" meaning that segments of users must do what all users need and this limits things like leveraging local languages, etc. Overall, a good product.
simple and lot's of ways to customize. My issues are the ability to export "Custom" fields into an excel spreadsheets. Also, "Custom" fields can not be displayed in the emails so all of my employees have to log into the portal to read the other fields.
The tracking works well, the added ability to do asset management is nice also. It allows to better track an issue to a pc or a user if its recurring.
My experience with issue TraK Support was very good. They were responsive and worked to help solve my issue quickly.
I like Issuetrak. It works for us. We get very good support when we need it but usually it just works and is easy to understand and modify.
Out of the box, this product can seem overwhelming. HOWEVER, with the outstanding training and tech support, it will not take long to customize Issuetrak to your exact needs! Proving to be one of the easiest and flexible tools that you will have in your organization. While some of the well thought out features we may not use right away, we have much room for additions and growth. Issuetrak is the perfect tool to assist in this growth, allowing our organization to utilize some of the areas in the future.
Great software that is easy to use and the technical support is top notch. What prevents me from giving IssueTrak a five star rating is project assignments cannot be setup within the system unless you have hands on knowledge of SQL server.

Issuetrak does a good job at keeping inventory for your devices. It is customizable to your needs and has good reporting tools. Documentation could be a little better, specially around customizable fields and on letting you know how it integrates with your environment. However their custommer service is great and helps you out when you don't understand something.
Powerfull and selfexplaining tool for daily servicedesk business
The Company is honest, straight forward, and polite. When I called them to perform an upgrade on our system they didn't just provide me with instructions they helped me walk through the process and even provided some assistance with Steps they probably didn't need to. For me Issuetrak hits the target with customer service.
