I had called while I was sick and Andrew was able to quickly understand my questions regarding my funds being transferred to my ITrust Roth IRA account. Our conversation was at most 2 minutes. Very helpful and made me feel very comfortable if I ever needed to call again for further assistance. Very happy with my experience being this is the first time I’ve ever had to contact ITrusts customer service.

Feb 06,2025Sydney made clear I wasn't the only customer with ACH issues. This gave me a lot of relief. She listened and actually followed through with promise to email me she was keeping an eye on my account for the wire transfer I went forward with after my second ACH failed. She then followed through with another email when my account was funded. Nobody gives that kind of service anymore.

Today the customer service rep, Ayrton, stayed on the phone with me until he resolved my problem and even gave me his personal cell if I had any follow up questions (I did not). Great stuff.
