Feb 06,2025I have been working on setting up an account for a couple months, mainly due to a security glitch that would not allow me to get my KYC completed. After multiple emails and calls, I was finally able to log in to my new account. With all of the issues, I was concerned but this last call with Mo went extremely well. He was able to get my account working properly and I can now log in with no trouble. He was very helpful and I was happy to have connected with him to get my issues resolved.

Feb 05,2025Chris is great ! I requested a distribution from my I Trust account. I was on the last step to validate account. I have been having issues with my email and your company sent me a few emails to line up my phone interview. Chad from your help desk sent me a heads up to look for your email, which I never received I called in Monday morning to see how to achieve my confirmation so I could receive my money. They lined me up to receive my phone call on Monday afternoon from Chris. Chris called me a few minutes early from our agreed on time ! Chris from the start was so knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and took me through my validation so I could receive my distribution. Chris was so professional and truly relaxed me through the entire process. I trust you’re very lucky to have an employee like Chris ! He is great and if I were you I would hang on to your employee Chris, whatever it takes. Feb 06,2025Hi, I did a lot of research about what company would be the best choice for buying/storing/investing cryptocurrencies using a Roth IRA. Who wouldn't want to grow their nest egg tax-free? It took me a few days and many hours to review about five companies, looking at specific details such as the entire process; fees, security, website, product selection, availability, trustworthiness, Insurance, customer service (which is very important to me), ease of use, and more. Although some of the other companies were good and worth considering, I chose ITrustCapital because they achieved the highest score on my checklist. The last thing I decided to do was to give the company a call to get some additional questions answered and to experience how their customer service measured up. I spoke to a person by the name of Jett, and was pleasantly surprised. Jett answered all of my questions, and I had written an entire list. He was helpful, patient, and knowledgable. Honestly, I would have been happy just to be able to reach a live person, as we all know, that's getting pretty rare these days. Hope this was hopeful! Gregg
