The lead time was 2-3 weeks for the wallpaper, three weeks later no wallpaper and when eventually delivered after much chasing, it was the wrong colour. The Customer Service Team were not proactive at all in resolving the issue telling us that the supplier could not reprint the paper for another 2-3 weeks. Despite calling and raising a complaint which we were assured had been passed to a director we ended up contacting the supplier directly and receiving the correct product within 3 days! Appalling after service support from this company especially bearing in mind the top end products that they wish to sell.
This company has the most stunning selection of wallpapers that you cannot find elsewhere. Some are quite pricey but are so unique especially the seagrass ones. Getting large samples before I ordered really helped us make the right choice. Thank you. Samples and my final delivery arrived quickly.
Bad experience! I ordered a metre of fabric at the beginning of November to make a Christmas gift. I received an email to advise that it was actually out of stock and I would have to wait until the 5th of December if I still wanted it. I did still want it so advised I was happy to wait. Since then the product has remained 'in stock' on the website. The 5th of December has been and gone and still no fabric. I am now being advised the 19th of December, which is way to late for me to be able to make a Christmas gift. My experience has been that they are un reliable if you need your products to be delivered within reasonable time frames. They did however refund me the difference after they put the product I had bought into the sale which they were not obligated to do.
The liberty wallpaper was great Service very poor, took ages to arrive had to chase it up, needed to return a roll and nobody replied to email had to chase again
Jane Clayton have been brilliant. I purchased some ( very expensive) wallpaper. A few days later it went into the sale. I asked if it was possible to return to buy again at the lower price. They refunded me the difference without the hassle of returning the item. Fabulous service, they were under no obligation to do this. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Appalling Customer Service, placed an order last Wednesday for next day delivery. Still yet to receive my wallpaper, with no update on when I will be likely to receive this. I have called daily, no one answers the telephone, left a voicemail, emailed and no response. Will not use for future orders!
Excellent I had never heard of JC before and took a punt on ordering wallpaper. The service, including delivery, which is more often than not the problem has been first class. They do not need a customer team, as things just seem to happen without any issues. Next, House of Fraser, etc. learn how to do it properly and ask JC for advice!!
Excellent customer service and beautiful wallpaper from Jane Clayton but really let down by the delivery service who took my paper to a nearby UPS centre but didn't notify me at all. It seems to let down a good company if the product isn't in safe hands up to your hands..there was no "signed for" option and it cost over a hundred pounds...Could do better.
Beautifully made blind. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery and was unable to track so communication could be improved.
