Jun 08,2022False advertisement. Website said 20% off everything - but when I entered the code advised, it didn’t come off my item because it’s in the sale. So that’s not 20% off EVERYTHING then is it? Why does the banner not read 20% off Full Priced Items? Should go to trading standards as there was no terms and conditions on the website either to state it’s not off “everything”. “The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers by, for example: -including false or deceptive messages -leaving out important information” Customer services could appreciate where I was coming from in my email but offered no means of correction to my order..

May 05,2022I recently ordered some Sanderson wallpaper from the Jane Clayton online webpage. I was amazed to hear the package had been sent a few days after I made the order and even more surprised to receive it after 3 days. No extra costs my end to receive the package either. What a great experience!! Highly recommend!!!

Mar 18,2022Put in an order at the start of December. Was not advised at the time of a long lead time. Had to chase constantly. Each time I emailed, they said they would look into it and get back to me. Which they didn't. So I had to keep chasing. Took 14 weeks to complete the order. The material of the blinds is good quality and they were easy to hang. However, it is obvious they were completed in a rush, as the cords either side pulling the material up (roman blinds) are tied to different lengths and the blinds hang crooked. I now have to re-do the cords to get them to hang straight. Not impressed considering the price.

Feb 17,2022Material samples requested arrived swiftly. Easy to follow instructions for placing curtain order and finished items arrived within projected timescale. Excellent quality and curtains were already gathered with hooks in place. Very happy and will order again.

Feb 09,2022Dreadful. Yet again I should have read the reviews first, and not fallen for the marketing BS. They’ve got my money and I’ve got nothing. And they can’t tell me when I will have anything. But they can (and do) say “It’s not our fault. We don’t know anything. We’re just a website.”, which is laughably different from the picture they paint of themselves on said website (in which Mrs Clayton is said to knit the finest wallpapers in the world from gossamer and gold thread every night at her kitchen table…). No wonder Amazon rules the world. They do the one thing that matters most to customers - deliver. If you don’t have it you shouldn’t be allowed to sell it…

Jan 21,2022Two months and I’m still waiting for my order. No contact except when I initiated it and they fobbed me off with a promise of delivery that didn’t happen. I’ve asked for my money back twice and been ignored. What a nasty little company this is.

Jan 05,2022Awful customer service. After more than three months my samples still haven't arrived. I have followed up the team numerous times and only receive a reply after a few days if I chase. I have never received a proactive update about my order. Really disappointed for what I thought was a high-end brand. Don't waste your time.

Dec 18,2021I love the large range of wallpaper they have, and recently bought some lovely Harlequin paper that arrived quickly. I wanted curtains too, but was put off by the negative reviews that seem to centre on made to measure. I appreciate that the last two years have been extremely difficult for companies, and we all have to be understanding of that. But companies will do well to understand that offering people the exact same level of service during a pandemic and then failing to deliver because of that pandemic does not serve them well in the end. You can only use that excuse if you make people aware of it up front. Those of us getting up and going to work every day are getting a little fed up with businesses using the pandemic as an excuse for sloppy service. Manage peoples expectations at the right time. You might lose an order but better that than throwing away your goodwill.

Jun 09,2022Beautiful wallpaper at a very competitive price and free delivery - what is not to like. UPS delivered an oil soaked package but due to the excellent packaging, the contents were not impaired. For any Designer wallpaper shall use Jane Clayton again.
