May 24,2021Ad campaign was rushed and had important information left out like stating 'four bedrooms' when there are five and so forth. Main photo showed graffiti and 'for lease' sign from the next door property when we were trying to sell the shop and house. Description placed on 'development ready' was about the house rather than what the development permits and plans showed. Every minor detail had to be counter checked and redone by us. Real estate agent lived up to their 'stereotypical' character of over promising and under delivering. No details were provided of how the campaign was to attract potential clients. We were not provided with a hardcopy to read over carefully before signing. Campaign was so poorly done it appeared they were trying to discourage people from coming to look at the property rather than attracting people with different interests. The main attraction of the property was its location and this was not highlighted in the campaign until we brought it up. We ended up editing and proofing everything and yet when it came to receiving their payment, they were extremely prompt and precise! They have forever given Jellis Craig and also the photographers 'SpaceCraft' a bad rap!
