The jelly cat website is so difficult to navigate I spent an hour trying to order one stuffed animal, and it the website made it so incredibly difficult I decided not to buy one at all. Expensive AND close to impossible to place an order successfully. And I’m also forced to pay an additional $10 for express shipping because my order isn’t large enough to qualify for it to be free shipping???? In this economy when the stuffed animal is already close to $30??? 0/10 rating.

I made a massive mistake with the delivery address for my order and the post office had returned it to Jelly Cat. So o contacted them on Chat and within a hour they contacted me. After explain what I did customer service agent Alex contacted me and sorted it out. My order is now on the way to the correct address. Great customer service. Will def be buying from them again

40 minutes d’attente pour refaire la file car il faut passer commande avant Personnel pas très sympa bâclant une prestation très coûteuse Bref c’est nul !!! Surtout quand on attend 1h20 avec des enfants

Shout out to Annie! I had a wonderful experience with Jellycat, both the shopping experience and customer service I received. I explained a situation I’m facing and Annie at customer support was so kind and helpful, Annie upgraded my delivery to express so I could receive my order asap and also included a gift of a plant pal which was very very much appreciated! I can’t wait to pass them on to the recipient! I had a great experience, the website and checkout is easy to use, the choice of product is phenomenal there’s something for everyone without a doubt. Will 100% be shopping with JellyCat in the future!

Jellycat do such lovely toys. I bought a black cat toy in memory of my black cat who had to be put to sleep and it arrived quickly.

I would like to write about the quality of the customer service with Jellycat. My order was never received (was returned to sender.) I contacted Jellycat and after their investigation, they immediately sent out another order using a different shipper. My daughter received her bear and is very happy.

I ordered a plushie from Jellycat, unfortunately it got lost during the delivery and the tracking order got mixed up with another package, making it impossible to track down where the plushie could be. Its the postal service who messed up but I contacted Jellycat, they answered incredibly fast and offered either a refund or a replacement. I picked the replacement and they very kindly chose to send it with a speedy delivery. The customer service was incredibly helpful, it wasnt the company's fault that the package got lost on the way but they immediately fixed the mistake, I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience!

Ordered from Jelly Cat a few times and have had a great experience, even when my order was missing items they were fantastic in helping sort it out and getting my missing items to me as soon as possible with no problems and I'm very grateful for their communication.

I ordered two plushies from Jellycats, but sadly the carrier lost my package (i live in germany) - i quickly got in touch with the customer service, who was very kind and went in contact with the partner carrier. Sadly, they still couldn’t find it, so they kindly offered me a refund with the items and even upgraded me to express shipping. Thank you Sara from customer service!
