I'm a longtime customer of Jellycat, for the good quality and cuteness of their products. I never had to use the customer service until a few days ago. One of my order was lost/stolen by the local delivery company, I contacted Jellycat and they provided a great help. They asked the delivery company if they had any piece of information to find the order, and ultimately they asked if another (free) delivery (with ExpressDHL) would be ok for me. I had already ordered back the products to another address (hopefuly to prevent another lost/stolen package) so they reimbursed me fully. Responses were fast, kind and always helpful. I will 100% order again from them, but from now on I will have my orders delivered to another place to prevent such problems.

Beyond thrilled Jellycat managed to deliver across continents, from the UK all the way to Chile! Long distance is not easy, and especially when international shipping threatens to ruin a loving gift sent to alleviate the distance. Josie was such a help!!

Sara was very helpful and responded in no time. Great daily follow-ups and we even got a surprise for our child. We were big fans of the brand already, now we are of the customer service.

Jellycat treats customers like idixts this year. Firstly, the service sucks. I bought an upside down item and they told me the store I bought the item is the official one and nothing more. Does it mean I deserve a fake one? What’s more, in two to three months, four limited series for four countries are released and charged so much. The price double or even triple! YOU ARE SO GREEDY!! Do you plan to earn all money in one or two years? Shame on you.

What a great customer service ! Rarely so uncomplicated and courteous! I got a problem with my order, the couriers lost my package. I wrote to the customer service and got a very fast answer within two hours on a Saturday! Moreover, I could choose between a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and got my package within 3 days! They upgraded my delivery to express at no extra costs. Also, the woman from the customer service was very friendly and helpful. I'd order something there again at any time!

I was on a live chat with a lovely lady called Suzanne from the jellycat team as I was enquiring about some jellycats in my collection that I didn’t know what their names were and wanted to know if they were retired, she was very helpful and get my answer for me, wumper lamb & Herbie bear - both retired in 2020 so that’s perfect.

Last week I had an unexpected need to contact the Jellycat online customer services, my contact was Josie, who did a wonderful job of identifying, empathising then taking responsibility for my problem and sorting it, she kept me fully informed of progress throughout and nothing was too much trouble, so thank you Josie and I hope you don’t get too inundated with requests for only you to deal with peoples problems from now on. A very satisfied customer!

I had an issue with a delivery. And contacted jellycat. Within maybe an hour had a reply! The lady was super lovely (Sara) and did her upmost best to ensure my issue with solved! I had a replacement order sent out asap! Communicated really well and I’m now super happy and excited to finally receive my order! Amazing amazing customer service!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jellycat’s customer service team, especially Josie. After my original order went missing, they immediately took action and arranged a replacement for me with such care and attention. Josie kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the replacement was sent out quickly with express delivery. I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service and their efforts to make sure I received my beloved Jellycat. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and kind assistance, and I highly recommend Jellycat to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

I love this company. They actually care! I ordered 3 different toys to go to 3 different destinations in the same week. All arrived in time and at the correct addresses. Three very happy little girls. Thanks Jellycat. I wish other companies could be as great as you x

Customer service is poor. I contacted them Thursday regarding Arlo the hare that I had received in a terrible state. His ears are damaged, the supports are bent at the bases when they are supposed to make the ears stand up and the fur around his face is incredibly thin. It’s so thin I can see the netting underneath. I was told I would hear back from their qualities team but I still haven’t heard anything and it is now Monday afternoon. Not impressed with the quality of their items at all just lately especially considering the price! Update - I reached out to Jellycat this afternoon (Tuesday) as I still hadn’t heard anything from them. After 4 working days they eventually got back to me and asked me to tell them the batch code. I did this and they have asked me to send Arlo back so they can investigate the extremely poor quality issue. In the time it’s taken them to come back to me I have spoken to many people on Reddit and Facebook who have all received their Arlo hares in the same terrible state and they are sending them back. Jellycat have not taken accountability for the poor quality, neither have they admitted the photos or description of this item on their website does not reflect the item they are sending out to customers which is a breach of the consumer rights act 2015. They have the cheek to blame Royal Mail for damaging the item when it was packed improperly in a gift bag and then put in a flimsy plastic mailing bag for posting. I’ve had better customer service from their stockists! I won’t be buying anything from Jellycat from now on.
