I have purchased three Jellycat bag chains, and I am absolutely in love with them! It's incredibly cute and the quality is excellent. The packaging was secure, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Although there was an issue with the first shipment, I contacted customer service and they promptly expedited the second shipment. The second delivery went smoothly, and I received my item without further delays.

The customer service is spectacular. I ordered a jellycat for my birthday on November 5th (I believe), but unfortunately it had not been delivered in my mailbox, even though the delivery website claimed that it had been. After some talking with a local postoffice, I proceeded to reach out to Jellycat. They responded quickly after only a day and provided me with the help that I needed. My order is being replaced thanks to the person I spoke to, Dilailah. Customer service is fast, lovely to talk to, and very polite. I will be ordering again!
I have had a good experience with Jellycat in the past month. I was my fault to put an incorrect deliver address when I submitted my order on website. So I contact with the customer service immediately when I found this mistake and got a speedy reply from them, the customer service (whoâs name is Annie) gave me invaluable help, they told me that the shipment would be return to the sender due to the wrong address and I would get my refund once they confirmed the return. Then I did another shipping with the correct address, however, what surprised us (both me and the customer service) is that the first wrong shipment was finally delivered to me! So now I have double shipments! And anyway we kept in touch with each other before the delivery issue been solved, the customer service still refund me the first payment, so kind of them. I really appreciate it!

Unfortunately the item I ordered from Jellycat last weekend had got lost by Royal Mail, but Nicky was very helpful in ordering a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible :)

I put an error into my email and the hell i received was the best from a business in my life
Item is great m, can not fault it at all. However the packaging has ruined the surprise for my daughterâs Christmas. She does not usually have a lot of money spent on her and this was something she really really wanted. So we paid the expensive price for it. It a was s delivered in the brightest bag with branding all over it (on a Sunday the. Everyone is home đ). She knew straight away!! Please can this company have a discreet box selection. Or something along these lines.
