Jellycat are absolutely fantastic! Have been buying these for years for my children and all family members, they sell them in garden centres too. The customer service is FABTASTIC especially a young lady called SkYe who dealt with a query so effectively that it meant that all parties involved were absolutely thrilled! Thank you for making the twins birthday presents so special š„°

Horrifying experience! Ordered a birthday present for my daughter on June 20 (before midday) for next day International delivery. Following countless emails and calls to customer service, the present was finally shipped on the evening of the 22nd and is now due to be delivered on June 27th!!!! What a mess! Result - one very upset child and one very very stressed out mother! Never again!

Really disappointed with the website and the communication. Ordered an item that had been out of stock for weeks so when it came back in stock, I placed an order for next day delivery as the website said it was in stock. No order turned up when it was supposed to, emailed them no response. Then called up and was told the item wasnāt in stock and so the order wouldnāt go out till a week or so later even though Iād paid for next day delivery for an item that was stated was in stock. No mention anywhere on the website that it was a pre-order and no mention on the order confirmation either. Wouldnāt have ordered it for someoneās birthday if I had known it wasnāt going to arrive in time. Ended up cancelling the order in the end.

They are still holding onto my money from an order I had canceled nearly a month ago. Finally opened a dispute with PayPal. Itās just unacceptable. Iāve sent them several emails, and I get sparse and unhelpful replies. Will never order directly from them again.
I bought from their website, and I never got my stuffs. I wrote to them a couple of emails and I asked for a refund but I didnāt get any answer from them. A serious company should reply to customerās emails, should provide a solution or a refund but they just disappeared after they got my money. Is this a serious and professional behaviour?

I have ordered 2 Jellycat soft books, almost 2 weeks later I have emailed TWICE Jellycat to find out the status of my order - no reply. Horrible customer service - such a shame as I used to like their products. By this rate IF the books do arrive, my baby may already be a teenager! Slow deliveries are understandable but this customer service is NOT!
My first time ordering jellycat directly from the website instead of a stockist. Fantastic service. Delivered quickly and well wrapped. Really happy with the poinsettia - such fantastic quality.
I had an issue with my order (caused by an error on my part). I wasn't able to let them know about it until after dispatch. They could not have been more helpful once I told them, and sent out another amore cat, communicating with me at every stage. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you, Jellycat.
I recently ordered a bashful bunny for my granddaughter, who has just been born, I forgot to alter the delivery address to be delivered to my daughter, I rang jelly cat and spoke to the most helpful lady called Daisy she assured me it would be altered & even rang me back to give me peace of mind that it had gone through, thanks to Daisy the bunny got to the correct address safe and sound, Daisy saved the day can't thank her enough, superb, Lindsey Hadfield xx
I have been collecting jellycats since I can remember so I buy fairly often. Recently I had ordered a personalised bunny for a friends baby and had spelt the name wrong so I sent an email and Georgina was brilliant and got it sorted for me! I also had an order that I accidentally put through twice thinking it hadnāt worked the first time, Georgia noticed this and got in contact to ask if I had meant for both orders and when I said I hadnāt she got one cancelled and refunded for me! Brilliant teddies and even better service!
Excellent customer service from Amy at Jellycat. The item I ordered for international delivery was not delivered by DHL . She did her best to track down my order and ensure that it did reach itās destination .
Usually I buy jelly cat products in my local stores but ordered online due to shops being closed. Easy to navigate website, good range and products, fast delivery and the items arrived in the these lovely tote bags! I love all the jelly car products I have, the quality is 10/10.
All the teddy bears I own are from Jelly Cat and they are beautiful quality. I am unable to comment on delivery since I have always purchased myān in store. I own about twenty Jelly Cats and they are all lovely. Highly recommend!
