Fortunately, I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Jasmine at Jellycat customer service. Jasmine promptly contacted the carrier and arranged for my order to be resent without delay. Thanks to her exceptional support, I have now received my package and am thoroughly enjoying my Jellycat products. Jasmine's dedication and timely help have truly enhanced my experience. Jun 17,2024Disappointing order process When I saw jellycat LONDON I thought great, I’m in the UK, surely they only say 6 days to fulfil orders because they’re trending globally at the moment. Wrong. Ordered Friday night and still preparing for shipment. I didn’t even want to order this, I did it for someone who’s obsessed with these over priced teddy bears. A bit of a mick take for such price pumped products.

Jun 17,2024Love the quality, have several, but COME ON! why for every x5 for sale is there x15 listed out of stock!!! for the love of god, just remove pictures of items you don't have, doesn't make you look good, it just makes your website bloody irratating, had to really persevere just to buy a gift, bought my 6th choice, because guess what?!

Jun 14,2024Si vous avez un problème avec un petit article pas de soucis. Mais n'acheter pas pour une grosse somme car si vous avez un problème ils ne feront absolument rien ! Je suis cliente depuis des années j'ai acheter un lapin very big cottontail les mesures sont plus petites que celles annoncée , en prime la couture semble fragile. J ai envoyer cela à jellycat qui disent que ils ne voient rien ou que je doit le renvoyez et avancer les frais de retour. Autant vous dire que c est super cher je suis en Europe !!! Très déçue pas professionnel ne font aucun geste commercial à 150 euros la peluche je m'en souviendrai!! Je deconseille d acheter des articles trop coûteux si vous êtes en Europe !

Jun 12,2024I ordered the large Jellycat cat last week from Jellycat. A lovely, brightly coloured parcel arrived yesterday. When I opened it, there was another very pretty bag with my Jellycat in it. And my goodness, is he gorgeous!!!! I haven't stopped smiling since his arrival. He is stunning-soft, cute, cuddly and now called Norman. Norman has pride of place on my sofa.

Jun 03,2024Ordered 2 Jellycats for the birth of 2 friends babies, I was able to request one gift card with order, email sent to customer service to request second gift card to be informed that only one gift card could be sent out with each order!! If I wanted two gift cards two separate orders would have to be made, paying two separate postages for a gift card that would only cost a large company pennies to make!!

May 31,2024Absolutely above and beyond service from Sara at Jellycat. I had a faulty Jellycat and, after sending in order details and photographic evidence, I was sent a new one. Sara was kind and considerate throughout the process and it only took 4 days to go from making the initial complaint to receiving a new product. Happy days!
