I am very very satisfied with Jellycat. The postal service lost my order but I got no news and informations from them. I, then, contacted jellycat who helped me find my parcel. Because the postal service couldn’t find it, Jellycat offered me to send it again with a gift or to get a refund. Thank you so much for your help and patience. I’m very happy and my godson too! 😁
Most amazing customer support. I would rate my experience beyond a 5 if I could. Replied in super timely manner, handled my issues with patience and grace. We’re kind, sweet and well knowledgeable in handling even the simple problem. Happy with the outcome, and appreciate everything! Enough that I felt like I should leave a review. :) For the price of the jellies (which hurt me sometimes) I appreciate the professionalism. :)
They definitely have the best customer service I ever have encountered. Fast answer, very friendly and knowledgeable team member. I got my issue resolved to my satisfaction fast . Really impressed with them.

The peanut I ordered as a gift was sold out and unfortunately I was short on time - but with the help and the nice contact from the customer service I got a replacement and free express shipping! I spoke to Sara via email, regarding a mistake that occurred with my order. Sara went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I am yet to receive tracking details on the order. But her customer service was exceptional and i hope that she gets recognised for her AMAZING work!!!
Product is not as advertised and missing crucial details such as an eye and mouth.

Awful! purchased on the 4th feb and told it would be 3-5 days for it to arrive. 10 days have passed and no order and it was a present for valentine’s day! Sent multiple emails and keep getting a vague response, that it’s ‘ been dispatched ‘ yet can’t provide adequate tracking info. I want a refund!
Very poor service. This is the first time I've ordered from them and looks like the last. This was a valentines present ordered on 3rd Feb. It took them a full week, not until 10th Feb, to finally send it out "tracked 24hr". Another four days later and it has still not arrived. From other reviews it seems loyal customers of many years are getting the same bad service.

Had problems with delay in receiving my order. Have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. I bought items for birthday present which didn't arrive and I'm still waiting. Suggested a goodwill gesture of another jellycat for free but was offered free postage only on my next order. Slow email response times even not replying to me. Just kept stating it can take 4 working days before its even disdispatched. This has changed from years past. I don't feel valued as a loyal customer and just received excuses. Very disappointed and will use cheaper jellycat retailers who deliver quicker in the future. Shop around everybody there are better companies around to be honest.
Really poor service. After ordering my Jelly as a gift for my child, over a week ago, the order was still sat as "processing" a week on. Contacted Jelly, with no response. Still today, no response to my chaser emails and will have an upset little girl tomorrow, no sign of my order and no response from Jellycat
I dealt with Sara today over email. She responded really quickly to my query and whilst they didn’t have stock of the bunny I was looking for, she gave me a link to nearest stockists so I could contact them to see if they had stock. I popped into a local stockist at lunch and bought the most adorable bunny, great service, thank you Sara

I ordered the Amusable Ramen as a gift in January & it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer services to check up on my order & it turns out it was an issue with our postal services. Jellycat’s customer service employees deserve a raise. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only are they sending me a replacement pal, they’re refunding me the difference because the Ramen is now out of stock, all sent by express delivery. I can’t fault my experience with Jellycat. The staff are friendly & helpful. Thank you to the Jellycat team for handling my issue more than brilliantly. I will be ordering again :)
I emailed in to ask about a discontinued friend that my baby loves and got a response from Kate. She was so helpful & made it to that I could find my baby another Wee Penguin!!
