I ordered a personalised jelly cat for my little grandson but unfortunately the colour was unavailable . I reordered another colour and I’ve had amazing customer service from Skye who is lovely and is going to speed up the process so it will arrive on his birthday, 5 star service ! We’re delighted 😀
Sara was amazing at supplying the information I had queried about in my email in such a friendly and approachable manner. It was very kind and thoughtful to have provided me with solutions for the query I had made, where she/the brand could no longer help me, instead of just giving me a plain response. I have never received customer service and help as amazing as this, where I was given solutions that were unique to my query. I can say how much of a difference it made and that I was very pleased with the kindness, help and recommendations I received.

Hollie at JellyCat customer support has been lovely! I emailed in just to inform them of my daughters elephant had become damaged. Only having had it now 10 months as her first teddy it had hardly been handled apart from the little cuddles she liked with it now and then. The seam on the back had opened up, exposing the stuffing which made it unsafe. Hollie was fab, i sent in an image of it and the teddy code so they could trace its journey. But she reassured me that they all go through such big testing to ensure safety for little ones and was very apologetic. Hopefully this one was hopefully a one off and not often it happens. I did not expect that she offered us a a teddy. Which was so so kind. We are greatful for the appologies and the kindness of sending our daughter a new furry friend.
I had to edit my address. When I registered the address on the website, they repeated to show the alert: word limitation. So I couldn’t write the full address on the website, and I had to split the address, which became mixed. I started to worry about the delivery. Because I’m staying in Korea, if the address is mixed in order, I cannot receive the lovely bunnies. Therefore I sent an inquiry about editing the address. Sara helped me so fast and clearly! Also, she was so kind! Now I can get sleep well :)
I just placed my order this morning and already LOVE this company! I forgot to add my gift message before placing my order, sent an email to customer service and had an immediate (oh so friendly) response! My gift was updated per my request and I can't wait to order from this company again in the future!
Ordered a replacement bunny for my daughter (she won't sleep without it) Order never arrived, Royal mail doesn't know where it is & the image is just of the close up parcel I just want the bunny not a refund Jellycat- won't respond to emails & won't help me Worst customer service team ever!!

Jellycat not only creates so many super cute items but also provides incredibly friendly customer support. This time was our first purchase and unfortunately encountered issues with delivery companies, but their staff, Josie, immediately coped with them. Her response is always very quick and super friendly, which has made us reassured during the whole procedures. We cannot recommend more, and we will definitely purchase more and more items from Jellycat in the near future!

First off, I LOVE JellyCat products so much. They’re so cute, great for kids or adults and the quality is fantastic. This last order I made, one of the products had a slight defect and when I contacted customer service about it, they helped me so speedily, were very friendly and had a replacement shipped to me in the blink of an eye. I appreciated that so much. I would have give more than 5 stars had I had the option :) This is a great company with excellent products and wonderful customer service. Thank you!!
Didn’t know of Jellycat’s existence until a dear old friend turning 60 asked for a Jellycat bunny. Searched and found your website and Ms Ellen online. Her help and patient assurance to my countless email queries on availability and that the personalised bunny will arrive in time for the birthday half way around the world to the equator was just so unexpected! So, the softest and cuddliest bunny did arrive and it arrived in less than 5 days! How is that even possible!!!? But it did. I will see a very happy 60 year old soon:)Thank you very much. Now finding excuse to buy some more😄
I got worried that my order was lost after three weeks of waiting for its arrival with no updates on the shipping tracking details. Reached out to Josie and she was super sweet and reassuring and managed to track down my parcel. Her thoughtful response made the waiting time bearable and I’ve finally received my amuseable burger today and it was perfect! Great service recovery, she was emphatic and honest about what went wrong with the shipment. Returned a soft toy with a defect in the embroidery. Jellycat refunded and replaced the item without question. All done with excellent customer service from Sara.
