I was having trouble tracking my order and needed some information and sent an email. Customer Advisor Ellen answered my email. She was so kind and explained everything for me about my order and gave me all the answers I needed.

After some initial delays around delivery Jellycat really stepped up in trying to resolve and went the extra mile in accommodating new address reference and even substituted my gift for an item that was previously out of stock.

Taken 2 payments out my account for the same order one on the night of order and one 7 days later. When mentioning this and sending proof it took them 5 working days to get back to me only to refuse to look into the matter further and ignore all my follow up emails. Would not recommend anyone to order online unless you are well off and don’t mind potentially paying double the price. The second payment took me into negative balance in my account leaving me with fees to pay with my own bank. Really disappointing experience having payed £56 for a £28 order and the items then also being ridiculously low standard on quality.

We had an issue with delivery of our order. Initially we tried to work through the carrier. We were not getting anywhere with the carrier so I contacted Jellycat customer service. I got an almost immediate response and Elena contacted their rep. She also kept up with tracking our package and giving updates. If I asked a question it was answered. After many attempts at getting delivery Jellycat issued a full refund including freight. 3 days later I got notice that our package would be delivered. I contacted Jellycat and they said due to all the delays to please keep the item and they would still give the full refund. Great service.

Absolutely loved the customer service! My parcel was delivered to a completely wrong address and I didn't think I would be able to get my son's birthday gift but the customer service team were so kind on the phone and didn't think twice about sending out a quick delivery for my son's present. It arrived yesterday and he absolutely loves it. Thank you Jellycat and thank you Sara, who was lovely enough to bring smiles to my son on his birthday.

I had a delivery problem , the company efficiently and promptly responded to my email , and I received my order with minimal delay . As usual the product is good quality and although expensive the product is worth it , I always buy Jellycat soft toys for my Grandchildren and they are much loved. Just 2 niggles I would prefer the toys to be washable , and I don’t often see any deals / discounts online Thanks

Josie responded really promptly to my request for some help identifying a Jellycat lion and elephant. Not only was it a really quick response it was an absolutely lovely email and the enthusiasm for Jellycat products and clear willingness to help came across very clearly! Truly lovely customer service experience!

They were so lovely and helpful when my new Jellycat friend got lost on his adventure to me! They were super helpful and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for more.

I’ve experienced the best customer service at Jellycat. Jellycat now is improving each day and always be better than before they are. I recognize it and hope Jellycat Team will keep this energy for working and for customers.

Contacted customer service because I didn’t receive my order. Had an immediate reply and replacement dispatched with upgraded delivery. Received within 48hrs Goods of normal excellent quality Super customer service Thank you Caitlinn

The customer service team is lovely although I feel as though Jellycat is very inconsistent. They told me that the Ambalie bear was retiring then it came back in stock a week later. I had already purchased one on ebay for double the price as I thought it had officially retired only for it to come back in stock. I had already asked them to check if there were any left or due to arrive. I felt lied to. I also recently received an order which I was disappointed by due to its poor quality. I emailed jellycat and wrote several reviews and I haven’t heard back from the team at all. It’s very frustrating as I have always adored this brand and could not fault them up until these experiences. I also do not like how the status of stock keeps changing on their website. One day a product is due to come back next week and the next day it’s due to come back in 2-3 months. It’s very frustrating and off putting as a customer. I hope jellycat can fix these issues because I may consider not supporting their company in the future and I am sure others can agree.

I recently ordered from Jellycat and my order was delivered to the wrong address at the fault of the delivery provider - not jellycat. I rang the helpline expected to be told I would have to wait weeks for a response whilst it was investigated but the customer advisor, Harmeet, looked into the issue immediately and provided a resolution which was great. This was the best customer service I’ve had in ages and they went above and beyond which really makes a difference. Thanks again to Harmeet and jellycat.

Quand j’ai passé la commande d’une moule et d’une crevette, je les voyais beaucoup plus grosse, donc faites bien attention au mesure et à la taille !!! C’est cher pour ce que c’est. 16€ pour une petite peluche qui ne fait pas la taille de ma main… Déçu.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve sent a dozen of emails about a refund for a christmas order that arrived three weeks too late, but no help whatsoever. No apologies, no refund for the return costs, nothing. As if I’m talking to a wall. NEVER ordering again from their website.

I always buy their soft toys for newborns and my daughter age 9 is still a big fan. She put an item top of her Christmas list and it went out of stock after I ordered, but Caitlinn (Customer Service Advisor) went above and beyond to help me out - this really is the best service I have received from a company. Highly recommend!
