I ordered a pigeon plush from them and I love it so much! It's very high quality, adorable and created with much love&care. I had a problem with the mail service and the customer support team acted quick, with fast responses and a lot of empathy for my situation. Everything was figured out without issues, and I felt really glad about my experience on ordering with them. They have my trust and I'll definitely buy again in the future and highly recommend this company!
My order was lost with the shipping company and they did not notify me or Jellycat. Skye was friendly and quick with their response. My lost order was replaced with express shipping. My experience with Jellycat customer support was wonderful!

My daughter had a Blossom Bunny costume made for a national holliday (we are danish). I send the picture to Jellycat, because I thougth it was cute and in return they named her a honerary Bunny and send her gift-Bunny! Such a nice gesture: ) Thank you Jellycat!
Willow and Rosa Luxe bunnies purchased, terrible quality. Rosa has half a face, very widely spaced eyes, lumpy head. Willow has dents in her arms. Arms sewn on upside down. Lumpy head, head tilts to one side. The very old jellycat bunnies were flawless and amazing quality. These past 12 months their quality have been disastrous. I have emailed them. We shall see. Edit: your customer services are a very far, distant cry from wonderful. And it has NOT been resolved at all.
As Royal Mail put my parcel in the recycling bin on collection day,I contacted Jellycat to explain what happened and they immediately offered a full refund or replaced parcel.Thankyou to Ellen and her team for sorting it out so quickly.
Jellycat has the cutest stuffed animals, a great gift for any occasion! In addition to that, their customer service is A+, I had input the wrong address for my order and a representative responded to my email and changed it to the correct address. 5 stars!
