Unfortunately my initial order has been lost on the way. After I emailed Jellycat about the situation a replacement order has been offered and in 24 hours arrived at the new home in Barcelona. This prompt response and speed delivery make me rate my experience with 5stars.
I’ve got a couple of problems with my order: due to technical malfunctions, my package was late and i couldn’t track it. I wrote an email to the customer care: the response was fast, helpful and efficient. They solved immediately my problem, putting me at ease and understanding my concern about my order. I’ll surely buy again from Jellycat. Great experience, i recommend it! <3
Je suis très contente de la société Jellycat, j avais commandé une peluche personnalisée pour ma fille qui est tombée sur un livreur malhonnête, j ai prévenu Jellycat qui m a tout de suite proposé soit un remboursement soit de m envoyer à nouveau cette peluche gracieusement, j ai choisi de recevoir à nouveau cette peluche personnalisée avec un point relais et ma fille a pu recevoir avec bonheur sa peluche panda avec un petit pull brodé à son nom, adorable. I had placed my order on Feb 15. There was an issue with FedEx that caused a delay and error in providing tracking information so when my order was dispatched on Feb 25 I wasn’t able to track it. Initially, I was told that they were unable to get tracking information due to FedEx’s system errors, so I decided to just wait. Until yesterday, when it’s been almost a month since I’d placed my order and I hadn’t received it, and it had been past the estimated delivery time too. I emailed Jellycat, and Jasmine replied promptly to me and assured me that my package was on the way, and also managed to get a tracking link for me. My package was thankfully still on the way and not lost! Strangely though tracking showed that my order only left Jellycat warehouse five days ago and not on Feb 25, but I’m just happy that it has now already reached my country so I’ll be receiving it in the next couple of days! Thank you Jellycat for friendly and helpful customer service! It’s nice to be able to get such prompt replies and be assured that issues will be resolved. I love Jellycat stuffies and can’t wait to get my cuties!

It is very helpful for me indentifying all the old jellycats which could not be found on the web. However, sometime the time required is quite long without any updates, makes me think whether this has been forgotten, but it actually not, as I always received the response after all. Probably it would be better if there is an update email should any extension time is required to send the respond/identify the requested jellycat, so sender would not be
Ordered a jellycat, it took the payment and sent me an email but nothing ever arrived. I continues to look into it only to apparently find out through my card company that it is a complete scam, my card company has since refunded me for this.

I had an issue with my personalised bunny so I called and spoke to Skye from jellycat, she asked me to send over an email with a photo of the issue, she was SO helpful and offered me a replacement straight away, best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you SO much!
I still don’t know where are my two orders. I placed 2 orders on 23rd of February, before it only took 3 days to dispatched, but this time I contacted them a week ago, they responded one of my bunny is out of stock, I have to ask them myself, okay remove the one which is out of stock from my order, they promised me it should be dispatched very soon! Until now a week went by, I called them emailed them I still don’t have the answer. My two orders I place on 23rd of February still on hold till today. I am very upset and disappointed. I genuinely don’t know what to do. Update: 9th of March Today The senior manager sent me an email ask me the same question again regarding one bunny is out of stock, ask me do I want to remove the bunny which is out of stock on 3rd of March. TODAY same question again!!! I already told her to remove it and continue to process my order last week. you said you remove it and said everything is OK! I am really speechless. What really happened Jellycat!!! Where are my packages ???

I purchased 2 personalised Bunnies, unfortunately 1 was not correct..so I sent an email and was helped by a Lady called Skye nothing was too much trouble she responded immediately with her replies and was knowledgeable and super helpful made such a nice change for a company to deliver such excellent customer service Thank-you ....Skye you were amazing and dealt with the issue immediately...well done Keep up the great work I have always been a fan of Jellycat even more so now!!
Had a great experience with an incorrect order. The person we were in contact with was amazing. Took care of the issue immediately. It was wonderful being able to speak to a live body so easily and staying in contact via email with that same person. Thanks you for the great shopping experience. Our kids love jellycat they are durable, washable and lovable. Worth every penny.

My daughter’s jellycat bunny tore shortly after I purchased it. Customer service went above and beyond to address my concerns and sent me a new one promptly. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received (thanks Laura!). I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Mar 15,2023I bought a personalised bunny for our new granddaughter. I used the recommended colour for the writing. Unfortunately the name was almost invisible so I was very disappointed. I contacted Jellycat to explain. I received an immediate response. They offered to either send another bunny with darker writing or give a full refund. I feel that this was more than generous and very fair. The quality of the toy is good-beautifully made and very soft. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.
