My daughter is obsessed with Jellycats and was very excited about ordering a Bartholomew Bear when it was back in stock. So excited that she forgot to put our house number and the parcel didnât arrive and was returned to sender. I emailed the team and Alex from Customer Services replied quickly and was so helpful. They organised for it to be resent without any issues. Absolutely brilliant as I thought it might take a while to investigate what had happened. This was my daughterâs 42nd Jellycat and definitely wonât be her last.
Actually I did not expect to hear from customer support given the large amount of inquiries they receive everyday. But I got a really well written response from Sara, specifically request number 425954. In terms of the products, I hope there is some ways to identify if itâs genuine or counterfeit ourselves without reaching for help with customer support since they are possibly very busy, A counterfeit product has safety concerns, but they look nearly identical so that they cannot be differentiated by regular customers
The support was so fast and extremely helpful. The guys at Jellycat need to give Sara a raise or promotion. She was extremely helpful.
I have ordered two Jellycatâs in the past month, and have not received either of them! Both have been stuck on âlabel createdâ. I received an email for both saying they âshippedâ, but I truly believe neither ever shipped. The first order has been stuck on label created for weeks now. I contacted customer service for the first package after a week, and their first and only response was that my package was lost in transit and immediately canceled and refunded me. How can a package be lost in transit when they never even shipped it? UPS says they do not have either package, which means Jellycat lied and never shipped either package. I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed. Iâve been looking forward to getting my first Jellycat and thanks to their horrible site and nonexistent shipping process, it looks like I never will. What a waste of my time and money. If the same thing happens with this second package, Iâm going to be furious, and will vow to never order from them again and make sure other people are aware and tell them to avoid.
I purchased 2 jellycats from official website these turned up and one of them had a big tear in the neck along the seam,I understand that this happens to certain things so I contacted jellycat and am still waiting for some help more than a week later now. This is extremely disappointing and it seems to me that the customer service is very bad considering how expensive these items are!!
JC support is wonderful! Iâd like to highlight Petrina B., but there are many helpful support agents there! I know it shouldnât be a big deal whether a certain plush will come back in stock or it has been retired, but for us, collectors it means a lot because these plushies have high emotional value. Our Christmas delivery was lost by the post office, Becky at Jellycatâs was amazing, only two days to Christmas I called as it was weeks from ordering, she confirmed it must be missing. We had missed the guaranteed delivery before Christmas by 10 minutes. She contacted their warehouse and it was delivered the very next day (Christmas eve). I also received emails from Becky about the delivery. My daughter was so pleased on Christmas Day and loves her present very much. Thank you Becky, great customer service.
I bought a jelly cat before christmas and paid $20 for expidited shipping. After 3 days and no jelly cat, I called to see where it was, as the delivery was 2-3 day. I found out "the processing at the Jellycat was 3 days and it was business days and it could be longer with the holidays." So it was supposed to be to me today and instead of getting my daughter's christmas gift of a jellcat, I got an email telling me my "refund was processed and it may take 5 days to process". Maybe just buy jellycats from the department stores that carry them? Or don't support the company at all? But if you buy directly from Jellycat, I hope you don't have the same experience I did. Now my daughter doesn't get the gift she's been really wanting. She got a picture printed of a Clyde the Capybara to unwrap under the tree. And now she has nothing. Thanks for caring about the kids, Jellycat.

Ordered a decent amount of jelly cats, knew this couldâve been a problem going through delivery companies with this time of year as we all know how they get. After 8 days of my parcel not moving or even able to change it. Got in contact with customer service and a very lovely lady named Annie answered and was just so polite and friendly with her service, she was so patient and got my replacement to me without any problem. This review is thanks to her! Was just so grateful as she was the one to help with everything and always replied quickly with emails too!. After placing an order for a Christmas present for a family member. I realised I hadnât purchased guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I phoned JellyCat customer service and spoke to a lovely woman named Georgina. She was amazing. Resolved my issue straight away and had made sure it will be here for Christmas. She has made my year, made our families year and I wish her nothing but the best in life. Itâs the little things but this has made us all very happy. The jellycat is arriving tomorrow!! I really so hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Had issues with my order not jellycats fault Royal Mail put my order in my black wheelie bin with no card left so my poor jelly at went to the tip âčïžâčïž Annie was amazing realised my order was for Xmas without even speaking to me got a new one sent out next day delivery and was so brilliant about the whole thing brilliant customer service â€ïž
