Great car, great service, very happy with the whole experience
I wanted to by a new ford focus Titanium with the appearence pack, Jennings had one in stock, However, during the deal discussion it was pointed out that the car would not have the same style wheels as the car we test drove. At this point I asked if one could be sourced. it was then pointed out that there was no models available. the sales executive (Tracy Tobin) then cut us off, saying we were moving the goal posts and said she could do no more for us, she did not even try to offer alternatives. This was to be our first new car buy, we left the showroom shellshocked, my wife and I felt had we had escaped being in the centre of some unbelievable con. Previous to this experience we had bought a car from this dealership and had a great experience and felt we got a excellent deal. We now feel we could never enter this showroom again, this should never be the case, as a minimum your company has lost our business, and we are sure our freinds and their friends will now be reluctant to deal with this showroom. The only saving grace is the showroom in Stockton, we were happy with the service and sales peoples attitude. How can two showrooms within the same company be so different?
I was looking to replace my Fiesta. Wanted a diesel. Really squeezed on price. Test drove a few small cars. Not necesarily cheaper or better value though some of them felt very cheap. Realised they were all falling short of what I wanted. What did I want? Another Fiesta ... Found it on Ford Direct. Low mileage, good price. Test drive made my mind up. Good trade in offered - twice the price from any others - and a few unsolicited freebies. Ian from Gateshead Jennings really efficient and pleasant to deal with. No hard sell, no pressure. But to be honest, Fiestas sell themselves. If I won the lottery tomorrow I wouldn't want a change of car. Love it.

The staff were very friendly and didn't bother you untill you wanted them, then they were very helpful. My past experience's with buying a car from various dealers were at best fair, but at Jennings it was pleasantly enjoyable. Will, and have recommended to others who are looking for a new car.
Shopped around looking for a year old ford direct focus estate diesel, was not happy with the deal at other outlets and tried Jennings Stockton as a last resort. I was very pleasently surprised by the welcome I received. Tracey, the motability sales person, was knowledable, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Jennings Ford Middlesbrough was one of the first garages I visited and I proceeded to visit others in the area but Jennings stood out and I returned to speak to Tracey again, have a test drive and order my new Motability car. The paperwork was done thoroughly but quickly and I sat back to await my car. My car arrived on time with all the mods required. Tracey went over the controls for me and how to use the hoist. It was so effortless for me, I really appreciated the assistance I received. I certainly will be using Jennings Ford Middlesbrough in the future. Thank you for everything.
