Jul 20,2012you know the trouble I had with the Peugeot 207 well iv'e got rid of it bought my self a Ford Direct car, It;s a Fiesta Zetec 1.4 in blue It's an 11 reg great car so far so good no problems.got a good deal from Jennings where Graham used to work,only drawback had to go to Middlesbrough but well worth it.

Service was excellent (we even had home delivery on the car from Stockton to inspect!), vehicles were brilliant and it was difficult to make a decision. Staff were helpful and friendly, and were keen to make a sale, although not pushy and there was no hard sell. would go back to Jennings next time and would recommend them.

Jul 19,2012Bought a nearly new, ex-demo car online from Jennings Ford. They were happy to keep the car for us for 3 weeks until we were able to travel the 300 miles to collect it from Middlesbrough. The salesman was very helpful, without being pushy, and gave us a good run through of the car's features before we drove away. Overall ..... a great, stress-free experience.

Jul 19,2012Looked up car on the internet, rang and got test drive the same day. We liked the car and put a deposit on it until we can mobilise the funds to pay for it in cash. We were surprised that the sales person was not pushy with all the usual gap insurance and insistence of using finance. We pick the car up okay. However, 6 days later the car wouldn't start. Jennings came and pick the car up. It got fixed. They offered to drop the car off in the afternoon, but it was needed in the morning so we went to pick up.

Jul 18,2012I had to wait a couple of weeks for Ford rep Daniel Race to be able to get the colour car that i wanted. Whilst waiting Daniel kept me fully updated to what was happening and has already being in touch after the sale to confirm everything is ok. Would have no problems dealing with him again.

Jul 18,2012I ordered my new Ford Focus Zetec S from jennings as we had had very good service after the recent puchase of our ford fiesta. From ordering the vehicle to my specification, I was given regular progress reports ( when ringing to enquire ) as to when it was built, to leaving the factory, to arriving in this country and finally delivery to Jennings in Gateshead in which case handover was the next day. I am over the moon with my new vehicle and service has been friendly and super-efficient. I would recommend Jennings Ford to anyone wanting pain free buying of a new vehicle.

I've also had a spoiler, rear parking camera and other accessories fitted in the Bodyshop, all first class. Well Done Jennings Middlesbrough!!
