Jan 23,2025My order was taken longer than normal so I contacted customer service. They were helpful and made sure that my order came in, however it was delayed! I don’t know if it was their fault or the mailing services that they used but once I received the hair, It lasted for about a year. I don’t think the hair is the best quality but they are legitimate and I didn’t have any issues working with customer service or getting my product.

Feb 08,2024BEWARE!! I placed an order for an 18 inch curly headband wig on 1/21/24. I received a package on 1/25/24. However, they sent me the wrong wig. This one had bangs-not what I ordered. I emailed them regarding the error with pictures as proof. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized. Then they said “This one is cute too. Would you like to keep?” I told them NO and that I want the wig I ordered to be sent to me. They sent me an address (looked suspicious to me) in Chicago for me to return wig. I told them that I am not paying for shipping fees-this is their mistake. They said “Don’t worry dear we will send you label tomorrow.” It’s been days since our last communication. Nothing received, no updates etc. I sent them an email today stating I want a full REFUND at this point! This company is slow to respond when and if they do. This issue should have been resolved immediately! It’s been 2wks from the time I ordered! Their business practices based on my experience is Fraudulent! DO NOT BUY FROM Jessie Selection!! SCAM!!! I want ALL my money back asap! And Jessie Selection if you see this review, do not lie and reply that you can’t find my order number or you tried to blah, blah etc. I’ve seen how you dishonestly reply to reviews.

Nov 09,2023This is my second time ordering from Jessie's, and I can't wait to order more! I've ordered from Ashimary and unice, and the quality was just not there. Jessie's wigs are honestly top quality and for the price you can't beat it! The wigs I received from Jessie's would be over $1,000 anywhere else, I can't explain how thankful I am for this company. Communication was absolutely excellent, as they messaged me every single day until I got my products. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and the quality of the wigs exceeded my expectation by far!!!! I will never order a wig from anywhere else! Thank you so much! Jessie's!!

I notified them via email and received a response of understanding and willingness to rectify the problem. Jessie's Selection resent my headband wig in a beautiful pink giftbox with a pink satin bow. My heart sank with joy. In addition, sent extra gifts inside. I felt cared for. The quality of the headband wig was exceptional. The density was of the best quality. I will always be a loyal customer to Jessie's Selection. They make things right! This should be their slogan. I so appreciate the customer care. Aug 25,2023Perfection to the max My 1st wig, and it won’t be the last.I don’t have the exact word to describe the beauty of it, extremely natural, super soft, the thickness is incredible. Full and luxuriant hair, highly manageable and easy to style, I have worn that hair so many times that I have lost count. I’m in love with the unit also it looks like growing from your scalp, communication with seller always good, I will definitely keep using the website because they have very good products. I already got 2 more from them, shipping was very fast, speechless they really take their times to give us the best products, wigs look like it is my real hair. Keep up the good work.

Aug 25,2023I just sent an email asking how to make a return so I pray they reply. The wig is super short even though I ordered 18 inches.. it smells horrible and it's terrible quality. This was my first wig. I did research on sites and YouTube's videos and clearly was mislead. I'm extremely sad. They better let me return!

Aug 19,2023Absolutely love it!! This is my second purchase with Jessie’s Selection and both times I was very pleased.. I really have no complaints. The hair is nice. And my last one is still doing well. Been wearing on and off for 8 months And it never lost its quality. After 8 months the wig is still wearable if wanted. I’ll dub back eventually. As far as I’m concerned, as long as Jessie’s Selection is in business and selling wigs I’m a life long customer. Keep up the good work guys. I also will be telling others ..

Aug 05,2023They will not let you return the wig if they mess up on it. The wig was way too small for my head. I couldn’t hard get it on my head and it popped off cause it was so small. The wig was supposed to be ash blonde but looked more grayish. They will scam you!!!

Jul 20,2023The pictures shown on the site were completely different from the wig I received. Beware if you need to return the wig because they don’t respond and then keep your money. I sent it back but they kept almost $200.

It just reminded me of when I just started losing my hair and felt all the horribleness again. The next group of words are for you-CRUSHING DISENCOURAGEMENT This is a SCAM -RIP OFF GHOSTED AWFUL- I AM GROWING BACK MY HAIR - So I was so hopeful this wig would change my self perspective. It didn't - it just brought all of the old insecurities back to the surface. Medical bills. Life bills. I was on a limited budget. I was buying synthetic wigs. Wig after Wig arrived and I was consistently disappointed. My husband said enough and told me to buy a human haired wig. This is the end of the experience. NOPE. HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE PRODUCT. EVERY NUMBER I CALLED NO ANSWER. THEY DON'T REFUND LIES'

May 07,2023I wore this week once and I noticed that the wig hair was hard and I kept rubbing it thinking to myself is this wig synthetic I burned it and it didn’t smell like it was synthetic so I think it had too many peoples different hair in it or it was a good synthetic blend with human hair. It’s not a good week at all and the crystal lace is no different to me than any other wig I am so disappointing in this wig. I contacted customer service and they reassured me that it was 100% human. I wash the wig deep conditioned it with Hawaiian silk. The wig is still horrible. It’s still hard it’s not worth the money. I say it has a lot of synthetic fibers inside of it a wig that mats up and it’s hard like this there’s something wrong with it don’t buy it. it is definitely on sale for a reason think about that I have bought Jessie’s wigs and usually I give a great review, but this time this was one of the Horrible is wigs I’ve ever bought

Jan 31,2025They are by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! I can only hope that this post saves at least one person. So I placed an order showing the item (length) to be in stock, and only hours later I was told that the size I’d requested was not available to ship right away, but that I could pay a little more for a longer length. I was livid, and replied that I didn’t want a longer length even if it was free! For days, they kept telling me that they were not a scam (they apparently hear that a lot), and that they could get me the hair soon. I told them that I’d ordered it for an event so time was of the essence but they refused to cancel the order, I literally asked these people to cancel the order about a dozen times, after all they didn’t have what I’d ordered yet advertised that they did. Well, I am still waiting for my money a week later. My bank’s fraud & claim depts are now involved because they have literally stolen my money, and suggested that they will refund me if I deleted my negative post, really? I have a right to make a review, and nothing I said was false or incorrect, so now there are two reviews! They literally believe they have a right to keep your money to try to force someone to delete a review that is totally true. I have nothing from them but they’ve had my money for over a week now. One of them said they could get in trouble if they didn’t take care of their customers, hmm but I’ve been waiting over a week. They said three times on different days that they will cancel and refund in about five days, but each day they kept saying what they will do but never that it had already been done. The very next statement was always to do them a favor and delete the review, as if they were saying, you help me then I’ll help you, but they claim to be an honest business. They have my money without authorization, and I have a right to share my experience so I owe them nothing yet they do owe me MY money! If they’re comfortable to steal from me, they will steal from any of you. Like someone else said…do not waste your time. The few positive reviews MUST be fake! Watch there be more fake reviews because of my review. Beware!!
