Jun 01,2022Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst company I have EVER ordered from. I ordered a U part wig and when it came in the mail the box was all damaged. The hair was terrible quality. PLUS on their site it says 100% money back guarantee and it took me more than a MONTH to get my money back. It was the biggest pain I had to go through. I sent MANY emails for my money back and they wouldn’t give it back to me. None of them speak English and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I would highly suggest not to buy from them.

May 24,2022I wish I had come here first! I bought a chocolate colored wig that turns out to be bright auburn. I was dissatisfied with the product I purchased, I started the return policy by emailing the company and requesting a return address- they are emailing me about color changes from computer screens and then ask if I wanted partial compensation? No I do not!! I am still waiting for the address to return. I’m very disappointed in this company as a first time buyer.

May 21,2022A SCAM,I JUST RECENTLY ORDERED A WIG BACK ON APRIL 30TH..THEY ADVERTISED 3-5 SHIPPING DAYS ON THE 7TH DAY I REACHED OUT TO THEM BY EMAIL..NO REPLY..I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND PAYPAL FROZE THE MONEY THAT WAS SENT TO THEM..THEN THEY REPLIED ONLY TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS A CUSTOM COLORED WIG AND THEY NEEDED MORE TIME AND TO PLEASE CLOSE MY PAYPAL DISPUTE..SPOKE WITH PAYPAL AGAIN THEY TLD ME TO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE CAUSE IF I DID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY TO DATE STILL NO WIG..AND PAYPAL IS GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO ME!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!AND ON THERE FACEBOOK PAGE THERE ARE NO COMMENTS OR LIKES UNDER ANY OF THERE WIG POSTS...AND ALSO AFTER PAYING I NOTICED THERE WAS A PICTURE OF A LADY IN THE PAYMENT SCREEN FOR THEM WITH CHINESE WRITING..I'M LIKE WHO IN THE HELL DID I JUST PAY..DAMN SURE WASN'T JESSIES SELECTION.

May 01,2022First, this company does NOT sell quality wigs. They state that their wigs are human hair but they are not. As someone who has bought and worn quality human hair extensions, I am sure the wig I bought was synthetic. Second, because I was dissatisfied with the product I purchased, I started the return policy by emailing the company and requesting a return address. Instead of fulfilling my requests they gave me unsolicited advice on how to change the wig to my liking. They eventually gave me a return address which I sent the wig back to only for them to tell me they didn't receive the wig even though my USPS tracker told me they received it. I have filed a compliant with my bank and have posted a review here. I plan to go to USPS and attempt to get my shipping fees back. Do NOT buy from this company. They do not value their customers. Buy from black owned businesses that value their customers. Spend extra on a quality wig, do not buy cheap. This company needs to go out of business because they are dishonest. Also, pretty sure they are affiliated with MY FIRST WIG because they post the same models and wigs on their website. My sister has had a terrible experience with MY FIRST WIG herself. Please protect yourself from these frauds!

Apr 28,2022I ordered a unit in early March. It arrived and it was trash. I immediately contacted the seller/site and was given instructions on how to return it. I did within 3 days and have the UPS tracking which shows Han signed off on the return delivery. Here we are in almost May and they are refusing to refund my money. They confirmed receiving the unit and offered me an exchange. I declined, I want my money back and I will go somewhere else (Nadula, LuvMe, etc). Once I declined their exchange offer they all of a sudden couldn't find my return and have been lying to Klarna BUT thank goodness for email correspondence. I have contacted my bank, Klarna, and the BBB. This site is a scam and the reviews are bogus and copied from other sites.

Apr 19,2022I purchased brown bundles with closure. The skin on my neck and shoulders broke out in a horrible rash. I had to go to the doctor and was told to get the ingredients in their dye. They didn't provide it. Told me take $15 to go away.😡

Apr 09,2022I was so hesitant to order! A lot of companies scam you or allow you to purchase a unit then email you saying it is out of stock and try to get you to purchase Another unit. Well drum rollllll! It was amazing. So soft just like the pictures! Long and full. Beautiful waves. Absolutely everything I wanted. Can’t wait to customize and color it and see how my first headband unit goes. No shedding. I hope the hair lasts long. Came with gifts also. I’ll def upgrade my next purchase to a more expensive unit since I know they are my type of company. Love love love....so far ;)

Apr 06,2022I ordered from this website and while initially they were very responsive (respond in a few hours) now it seems they can’t respond when in response to my return. Once I looked through there bad reviews I had realized they do this to all customers who try to return their products. I have had to threaten to write bad reviews to try to get a response it’s been 4 days since I received my wig and they refuse to respond to my multiple email request for a return and return address. I will be writing reviews daily while waiting for my money back

Apr 06,2022Guys please please please trust the negative reviews! I wish I had! These people are liars. They sent me a fake tracking code to make me think my parcel was nearby in Birmingham (I live in London) and when it still remained stagnant a week later and I questioned it they sent me another which said it was back in China! When I questioned the discrepancy the ignored me and have been ignoring my emails for 3 days when initially very responsive. Do not trust them! It’s not worth the stress no matter how cheap their wigs are. There’s another amazing company called Yvonne Wigs who sell wigs around the same price and most importantly are honest.

Mar 25,2022I will never purchase from this company again!!! Bought two wigs paid 500$ and it took forever to get here. When I opened the boxes I was highly disappointed to discover that the hair was not high quality both have very short pieces mixed in with the hair like it was folded over when sewn. They were both frizzy and huge on my head was supposedly 22 inches in circumference, 13x4 , they go over my ears and have big gaps at the back and bulky above the ears and both sides are very irritating with the wefts rubbing and poking. I do not have a small head so I don’t know. I emailed them and they wrote back asking if I washed them and told me to please cut the unit and to also sew in the strap to better fit my head after I asked for a return address they kept avoiding telling me until I threatened to give a bad review, they were trying to trick me into altering it before I sent it back and lost more money. They shed horribly and are not plucked at all, the knots are not bleached . I’m currently looking for someone who can help me fix these To at least fit my head… upon looking at the reviews it’s not even worth sending back since apparently they ripped off several others. I will never give them my money ever again. buyer beware.

Mar 14,2022**UPDATE: Because of this review I began receiving multiple emails from Jessie's Selections, requesting that I remove my review. They did apologize and asked if I liked the wigs when they arrive then they would give me a "Huge Discount" if I removed my review. I told them "No" to stop the shipping (while still in China) and just refund me my money in full. They totally ignored my request and instead hurried the shipment up and magically it appeared the next day. Then I was told that, they had refunded me $15, so that I can remove (what they call a negative review but it's just honest) but as of today I still have not received a discount or refund of any kind. Poor Customer Service. (Wigs aren't the best quality but it isn't the worst either) The website is very misleading. It states expressed shipping 3- 5 business days, but I ordered 2 wigs on 3/5/22 and on 3/12/22 I received notice that it would not be delivered until 3/19/22. I contacted customer service requesting a refund and then I learned that the wigs are being shipped from China. I would have never purchased the wigs if I had known that there are from China. The website states it ships next day if you reside in Georgia, which you would assume that the company must be based in Georgia or at least the United States. I asked for a full refund, and I received a response stating, "dear we are so sorry about this,because of covid 19,this shipment time is a little delay,we urged DHL to process your parcel urgently,we tracked that your order#.... about tracking number of DHL was in EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND, Processed at EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND on March 12,we will help you track it all the time,after you receive it,if you like it,we will apply big discount as our sincere apology,is that okay for you?" And my response was No, I would like a full refund and you all can interrupt shipping. They completely ignored my request and just keep saying sorry that the "covid19" had delayed parcel and they have yet to stop the shipping and process a refund. Companies are no longer using that excuse, I shop online for almost everything. But never again with this company.

Jun 06,2022I received my wig from them all and it didn’t look good at all. It was poorly sewn and you can see the tracks where the hair was sewn at the front of the wig. I wet the hair with water and it looks really bad and thin. Hair plugs literally came out as I combed the hair. The wig does not look like the picture and I am really disappointed in this purchase. I’ve emailed and DMed them with no response. I will not be ordering from them again.
