On a sidenote, I’d like to thank the seller and that she was very communicative throughout the entire waiting process to receive the wig. I love the personable Ness of customer support. Nov 16,2021So I ordered a wig. Immediately tried to cancel it after the reviews. The lady was not trying to cancel or give a refund. So I finally told her I DONT WANT THE WIG. She then cancelled it. PayPal sent my money back within 3 business days. Soon as PayPal sent the refund. The company took the money out again. This company is a SCAM! They will take your money! Now I have to file another dispute against this same company!

Oct 15,2021DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This company is a total scam! They sent me crappy hair which is nothing like what is advertised on their website and then gave me the run around when I reached out to complain and asking to return it. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute and even after I returned the hair, they kept on pestering me to close the dispute before issuing my refund. So I escalated the claim to PayPal and got my refund. Unfortunately, I lost money on postage fees trying to return the hair to them!

Sep 23,2021DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! Hair quality is horrific their expensive and their hair quality is beyond bad. It’s worst than cheap hair from the beauty supply… I got three wigs at one time different patterns of curly, body-wave and straight they were all tough and rough, very stiff, even after washing and conditioning not to mention that I got one 180% density and two 250% density and they look like they were all less than 120% density. I have 150% density that have more hair than these units from Jessies Selection! The ends are disgusting too about 6 inches of raggedy ends, and the shedding on these wigs is horrible as well. 100% “human hair” is half blended with synthetic because of how disgusting it feels and looks it sizzles when you flat iron the hair, Jessies Selection is selling at over price rates, and conning people.

The hair quality is amazing and does not shed. Also, I had mistakenly purchased the wrong item off their site but was immediately provided with ways in which I could exchange the product with what I had initially wanted, so I was very appreciative of their willingness to help me.
