Aug 09,2021Iam only rating these people a 1star it should be none but I couldn’t move forward until I done the rateing this is the 3rd review iam leaving about the same company Jessie’s selection please please do not order any hair you are not sure about from this company unless you want to be scammed and bribed By these people .I have been dealing with these people since may 2021 I ordered 2 wigs never ordered from these people before they advertised their wigs were real HD lace when the wigs came the lace was some bright cream colour I immediately contacted them for a refund I was offered 10 dollars to keep the wig then 20 dollars I have been offered discounts on future orders like I would stupidly give these people any of my hard earned money they finally revealed their returns address I sent the fake wigs back costing me £19 postage from Uk to China I have been tracking this parcel religiously and it states the parcel has reached their depot iam telling these scammers my parcel is in your country go and get it their telling me they have asked customs to release it then iam contacting them for an update their now telling me their offices have been flooded the excuses go on and on I have told them I want my money back now they already have my P&P receipts I have screen shotted that my parcel is in their depot .The disgusting behaviour gets worse with these people They are now telling me I need to delete all my reviews on trust pilot and send them the screenshot proof only then when I have done this they will refund my money the words I have for them I know would not be printed by trust pilot I will be sending their disgusting threats on my trust pilot reviews so people can see what these despicable people are like threatening condescending scammers IAM letting people know PLEASE DO NOT Order from this company JESSIES SELECTION their HD lace is fake I will continue to post about this company until I get my money back my reviews are a true account of what I have suffered since buying wigs from these people I will also be contacting trust pilot with the proof of their message fake company should not be aloud to trade they do not know how to handle members of the public if they never lied about the HD lace I would not be going through this distressing situation

Aug 02,2021Do not order from this company. I have been ordering hair units for a very long time and this is the worst mess I've ever received. It was not the color I ordered. It did not look the product I ordered and talking about human hair. I don't even no what this was. Worst of all it had the worst odor I've ever experienced. I don't know what a skunk smells like but I think this may have been close. I had to through it back in the box and close it. No way I can wear this thing. It was not the length I ordered. It was uneven at the bottom. Don't believe those pictures they are showing you on the website. I am not one to just write bad reviews of businesses, but this experience with this hair was terrible.

Jul 25,2021DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is a fraud. I order 2 wigs that were suppose to be human hair wigs but that isn't what I received. I know 100% human hair and what I received was definitely not as stated online. I've been trying to get my refund for the past two weeks and each reply email has been a question why and what I did to the wigs. I haven't worn or put the wigs on because as soon as I open the box I knew right away it wasn't human hair. I really think they're trying to delay the response until my deadline date for returning the item. The last email reply to the company was 7/21 and no response form the company since my last email. I just emailed them back to advise it will be a big mistake to not respond until after the deadline date. We need to stop ordering from oversea companies that don't honor their return policy.

They lie and say they will give you refund only to continue to try to give you another fake wig even after sending it back to their USA 🇺🇸 Georgia address which is FAKE as well because they are really in CHINA selling Barbie Doll fake HD lace wigs. It’s not cheap but it’s beyond cheaply done and the lace is white and a thick material no way anyone can use these wigs. They also lie to people when you ask for a refund and keep trying to give 10, 15, 20 dollars and get this even after I sent the wig back they asked if they can send me another wig when they promised me if I sent it back I would get a refund so now I’m out of over $200. These people are laughing and such a joke Needless to say I’m about to get them shut down if you have the same issue please write a review now

Jun 11,2021First of all they have amazing customer service. My package was supposed to be delivered a certain day but I didn't receive it the date specified. Customer service contacted me before I could contact them about my order (even though it wasn't their fault) I did receive my order the following day and when it was marked as delivered they reached out to make sure it truly was. When I opened the box the packaging was so cute! It came in a box put in a gift bag the bundles where nice and neat and it came with free lashes and a wig cap. The hair is beautiful and soft. It did have a slight smell to it but all you have to do is wash it. I'll definitely be ordering from them again

When I informed them they told me to use organic olive to separate curls and make it glossy now I’ve never had to do no human hair I’ve ever purchased like this. It’s trash! I asked for a refund and they are ignoring the question! Don’t buy this hair!

I don’t want my money back I would like the wig I purchased plus be accommodated with keeping the wrong one as well. Jessie thought I found a new spot. Another let down

May 11,2021Upon finding a chocolate color wig to my liking and asking Jessie if she could make the wig in a small cap to fit my small head I was amazed when she said yes! after contacting over 20 companies they all were unable to fulfill my request So can you feel my excitement! when she said yes I ordered the unit and it arrived in only 8 days and fit perfectly! I had to cut and take up alll those other wigs Finally finding Jessie' was a God sent Not having to nip and tuck just so the other wigs from those other companies could somewhat fit The reviews I read were true My friends and i love the colors 16 inch length hair 180 density side part 13x5x1 lace the way it feels the price different styles you can create the communication between Jessie and myself thru e-mails and chats she keeps you in the loop however will shampoo and style just had to text Jessie and let her know And now you know I have found home for all my wig buying Did not take pictures now but will soon after install 5 Stars RJ in Al.

Apr 28,2021I ordered my unit on 4/9/21 and wasn’t aware it would take 2 weeks to make (and 9 days for delivery) I assumed it was an “in stock” wig in chocolate brown. The wig finally arrived and it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered an 18inch chocolate brown wavy unit. It came, instead of chocolate it was Auburn and instead of 18 inches, it’s maybe 15 (not even 16 inches). And there’s a small part with knots you cannot bleach. This unit is extremely cheap and it’s too much to return back to China (I’d have to pay return fees). Buy local and do your homework. Many positive reviews on this site and Instagram pics but this wig is what you’d get from your local wig supply store, but for $149.00. Save your money. Not sure where the reviews are coming from. This hair is soft, that’s about it. I reached out to Jessie Selection about my hair and no response (as usual). Buyers be ware.
