They gave me a address to return the wig and I never heard from them again about my refund. This company got the wig and $117. Will never buy again.

Feb 01,2022I have to say that I have tried a lot of very good weaves but Jessies's Selection, it was the very best. It was the best hair and closure that I have ever used. The color was wonderful and it is so soft! I usually do not like hair on my neck but this hair is so good that I will not cut it! The price was great also and everything was there in the lovely gift bag!

Jan 25,2022Do not buy. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the past month. I have been disputing the charge. I returned the wig and never received the refund. The pictures are also not real. They are recycled from other sites.

Jan 20,2022I loved the wig so much. It was exactly like the picture of the distribution and it was soft and actual real human hair. I’m an “ok” with the amount of shedding from the hair buh the quality was awesome. The only thing that I look at the most was the front lace vs the back of the wig. The front of the wig was shorter than the back. I initially thought that the front would be the same length as the rest of the hair. Overall it was so good and I’m more than satisfied with my purchase!

Jan 10,2022Pour quality hair that looks synthetic. Theyl company does not respond to email requests for refunds. Don't waste your time. I think they are based in China. So even if they finally respond, you may never get your money back and you may end up paying for postage and customs fees to return. I'm just glad that I chose to start with an inexpensive product to test the quality of the product and the customer service. Do not trust any Youtuber who recommends these units. They are lying just to get compensated.

I co washed my two curly hair wigs and my goodness the curls are so nice. My 4x4 hd lace wig is full ,long and pretty curls. Thank you again Jessie's selection!

Dec 24,2021They're legit! Ordered a wig and it took forever to be shipped which made me nervous that this site could be a scam, but it came eventually and the wig looks great! I do however feel it is a bit thin, 180% density seems like 150% density. Other than that, it's a pretty decent wig.

I went back and forth with some condescending employee (that apparently calls everyone "DEAR") because I was given a percentage off as a new client but when I went to check out, my incentive % was PREPRINTED as "not eligible. "Dear, you must spend $199 before you get that % off," I was told. It was clearly a bait and switch! And as attractive as the wig was, other negative reviews helped me walk away.

Feb 22,2022I was asked by Jessie’s selections to delete my negative review. I was told they would refund all of my money including the $28 restocking fee. This week, I received a partial refund but not the $28. Again, I was told on email to delete the negative review and they would send it. If I could post the photo of the email they sent, I would! Disgraceful company!
